Really good delivery times

Really good delivery times, I got told it would be delivered around June 2nd but mine came in May 29th. The service was really good as well, I got a message asking if I wanted it on my front door or in my mailbox. Overall 10/10 experience, would buy again.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a motherboard from them in September. My order got delayed ("expected delivery date" changed from early October to late October), I called them asking what's going on, they said that they're waiting for the shipment, and it should arrive on the next day. They told me that the person responsible for my order will call me back with more information, but they never called.
I called them, and asked to cancel the order, the person on the phone told me that they'll cancel it. Few days passed, I didn't get a cancellation notification, so I called again. A different person replied, and they sent me an email saying that it was cancelled.
I started waiting for the refund. 40 days passed, no refund. On their website the order was still showing as "preparing" with ever-changing delivery date. I sent emails to their customer support, got no response. Tried calling, got transferred, waited for a while, no one picked up. So I ordered a chargeback through my bank. Weeks later, got a call from them, asking if I want it delivered or a refund. I told them I want a refund, and finally got a proper cancellation notification.
So they've never actually cancelled the order even though two different people told me that they'll cancel the order! Even worse, if I hadn't cancelled, I'd still be waiting months later for it to be dispatched!

No product delivered, and no refund yet, as they promised me.

I gave this one star because I could not give it zero. Very bad experience. Beware. Do not do business with this company. I made an order and paid for expedited shipping. The arrival date for the package that they said I was paying for came and went and...no package. I emailed their customer service and they replied it was being prepared for shipment. This was the DAY AFTER it was supposed to arrive at my house and it was still being prepared for shipment, with no communication at all to me about this, until I wrote to them. I told them to just cancel the order, and they said they canceled it and the money would be refunded to my credit card ASAP. That was almost three weeks ago and nothing has been refunded to my credit card, and I have had no further communication from them. Where is my money? So bad. Never again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have a very bad experience with this…

I have a very bad experience with this bad company which is delaying my RTX 5090 order for 3 times and now it got new estimate of 17.10.2025 which is unacceptable as its 1 week late than I need it and I paid for it on 26th September and they said on their website that they have it in stock which is not true obviously. Please return my hard earned money or face big lawsuit for hurting my business and getting me haters and also I am losing my friends because of you now as they think I am avoiding them and do not want to play with them and I also cant use my new PC as I am only waiting for your RTX 5090 to arrive.

Our order took 6 weeks to arrive

Our order took 6 weeks to arrive. I needed to return an element of the order as we had purchased elsewhere, (due to it taking 6 weeks to arrive) and Senetic charged us a 15% re-stocking fee. Won't be using again.

Avoid their internet shop in Israel

Avoid any purchase in their internet shop in Israel.
They have no expirience in the sales here.
You will have no chance to procceed the customs procedures. The goods will be retutned after weeks.
Meanwhile imidiately after dispatch they start ingnoring any emails, yours and shipping company as well !!! No way to get any support !!!

They simply don't care about you…

They simply don't care about their customers.
I purchased a couple of items and requested a return — even offering to cover the return shipping costs — along with a refund.

They completely ignored the request.
No support, no follow-up — just silence.

Avoid them. You can't trust a company that disappears when there's a problem.

Be careful on the warranty policy

Be careful, they don't have a warranty policy anywhere, the website says about a non-existent regulation.
You don't receive a warranty certificate. You resolve the warranty with the manufacturer.

The other day I received 6xHDDs: 3 WD and 3 Seagate, 18TB SAS.
The 3 Seagates are defective, they don't spin up, they make strange noises and have 0 capacity, in the first 5 minutes of operation.
The whole batch was probably damaged during transport, WD works at least when turned on.

In the past there were two orders where they honored the warranty.

But today I found out that I have to talk directly with Seagate, senetic they just take the commission and politely reply to your email that the warranty is not their business.

The manufacturer's warranty is RMA to Seagate, meaning paid parcel to the Netherlands and probably 1 month of delay with the money blocked.

If you want to have a headache and explain to your client that it will take another month for their server to work, or to replace their old defective HDDs with functional ones, good luck.

I have reached over 30 orders from Senetic in the last 5 years, given by the companies I manage IT. Usually server HDDs, there were also some Microsoft VLs planned but that is no longer the case.

I made a mistake a while ago when a 20TB HDD arrived bent during transport and they refused the warranty, it was a loss justified by the price difference compared to others.

But in business I cannot afford weeks of transport with defective products.
As of today, Senetic no longer exists for all the companies I interact with, it does not offer warranty and stability.

I ordered printer on 2025-01-24

I ordered printer on 2025-01-24. On site they stated that they had 5 pcs on stock and that printer will be delivered in 3-5 days. I still haven’t received my order. First they told that they don’t have printer on stock (in that moment on their web site stands 3pcs on stock), then they told me that they are moving products to some new warehouse and they have issues with moving. I still haven’t received nor they shipped my order, and they keep sending me all kind of apologizes via e-mail. I defenitly won’t order from them any time soon.

Very Bad experience with a DOA server, Extra slow shippinging

VERY BAD experience with a DOA server's HDD we had to return. It took 15 days of almost (not)communication via email with no help to fix the problem.
Last 2 days they just ignored my requests and emails so I had to raise the claim to higher levels, directly Dell.com, and then (suddenly) they moved a bit and organized the UPS to pick it up. Shame on you, Senetic.

Very slow shipping of server, took almost 15 days from Poland to Croatia.

Very fast delivery

I ordered a router from Senetic and was a little worried since I saw the reviews here were not great. I received it 3 days later via UPS. Overall it was cheaper and much faster than I would've expected.

Excellent Shoping Experience

Excellent Shoping Experience: "Ordered a 16-Port TP Link Switch TL-SG1016 Rackmount, came relatively quick in an excellent protective packaging, it was the latest version of the devise (V17.0) in one of the lowest prices on the market. Received e-mail in every step of my order. Very satisfied!!"

Horrible packing

Horrible packing! How can someone send me a 1500€ CPU inside a bag? The bag came tone and it wasn't even on the CPU box, they just took the CPU and placed in a random box. No instructions, no information about the product. Same thing with the motherboard I bought. First thing I noticed was the motherboard shaking inside the box. There was nothing protecting the motherboard. Even worse than the CPU. I don't trust them! Everything comes from Poland were there is huge lack of control. I know polish people, I've worked many years in Netherlands with them. I am now asking for a full refund.

Order of 2 helmets placed on the…

Order of 2 helmets placed on the senetic.ma site on 12/27/2022 (reassured to order on a Local site).
On 05/01/2023 DHL calls me to tell me that I have to pay 1644 Dhs in fees for an order of 1800 Dhs (double my initial order in freight forwarding fees, customs, DHL, etc.).
In short, do not order on this site for a simple and fast shipment of your goods to Morocco because it leaves from Poland… So for a small order, 1/2 day wasted in paperwork and fortunately I managed to avoid a round trip Back Rabat-Casablanca to deposit my check and the originals!!!

Commande de 2 casques passée sur le site senetic.ma le 27/12/2022 (rassuré de commander sur un site Local).
Le 05/01/2023 DHL m’appel pour me dire que je dois payer 1644 Dhs de frais pour une commande de 1800 Dhs (le double de ma commande initiale en frais de transitaire, douanes, DHL…).
Bref, ne commandez pas sur ce site pour un envoi simple et rapide de votre marchandise au Maroc car ça part de Pologne… Donc pour une petite commande, 1/2 journée de perdue en papiers et heureusement j’ai réussi à éviter un Aller-Retour Rabat-Casablanca pour déposer mon chèque et les originaux !!!

I ordered from them and the customs…

I ordered from them and the customs were too high so I decided to return the order.
DHL requested from them to send the confirmation. I opened an RMA request.
They never sent the confirmation and they stopped responding I even tried to call them myself and they didn't answer my call. With DHL the same story.

Because they got paid they didn't care.

I paid DHL and storage plus customs just to get my order and not risking losing my money since I don't think they will going to send me a refund.

I had to travel to the airport and do everything myself and wasting time and money on a ripoff order.

Avoid them at all cost. You have been warned. Thank you.

Late but not their fault

Despite being a late delivery (not Senetic’s but UPS UK’s fault), the customer support provided by Weronika and Karolina were amazingly helpful. As soon as they realise my monitor is being held at customs in UK, they did not stop chasing UPS to release my package. They wrapped the package nicely so it arrived in a good condition. Im happy to have finally receive my monitor in one piece. One recommendation I might give is to probably avoid UPS as your delivery courier if possible, they are really slow. Nevertheless, thank you again Weronika and Karolina for being so helpful!
