When I place this order, there was no acknowledgement via a confirming email that the order had gone through. This is not surprising because it has happened before with you. What is happening here?

This is the second time that I've used Sensibus and, as with the first use, the product and service were outstanding. WRT the product: my wife enjoys butternut squash ravioli, and the sweet butternut squash ravioli from Bertagni is outstanding. It's as good as one gets in restaurants in Italy, but then it's from Italy. It was delivered overnight to Winter Park, Florida, in a cardboard box with foam insulation and ice packs. The packs still were partially frozen when delivered, and the raviolis were frozen.

A first rate company with first rate products and service.

Your products are wonderful. One suggestion I can make is that your customer service department be a bit more responsive to questions a customer has. I have found that a bit lacking

My products were received warm when cold items were included. Jars were broken and charcuterie meats were dated to expire in a few weeks. I sent pictures and an email asking that this shipment be replaced but have had no follow up.
In the past my experience was a good one so this is very disappointing.

I love the European cheeses they carry. I wish more of the unusual ones e.g. 36-month Comté & 30-36 month Castelmagno were also carried as well as Vacherin Mont d’OR. Shipping is always prompt and if you order a pound or more, they will ship as ½ lb pieces & each one cryovacced to preserve shelf life.

Excellent selection on website and easy to navigate. Order came quickly and they followed up to let me know when it was shipping. Packaged well and efficiently. Olives were fresh and delicious.

Wonderful product-Italian tried porcini mushrooms-delivered very quickly. I wish the packaging would eliminate the styrofoam, however.

Due to bad weather my shipment was delayed. I got a personal phone call explaining the delay and asking for my patience. So nice. I trust companies that take the time to communicate.

I am upgrading my previous review to 5-stars. When my order was sent to the wrong place, customer service offered to rectify it at no cost to me.
It finally shipped later than had been promised, but I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and blame that on both COVID and the crazy weather of the last couple of weeks.

Aside from that glitch, I could not have been more pleased! They have an amazing product selection of some of the very best brands found anywhere, and at very competitive prices.

Had two different orders. The one containing only panettone came in two days and the package containing the perishable items arrive after a week. Had to throw away. Very sad

We enjoyed the Panettone bread/ cake. We understand that this cake is for Christmas occasion, however my family sometimes crave for this bread.

Ordering online was easy to navigate and the fulfillment was perfectly executed. The items carried by Sensibus are high quality items that are getting harder and harder to locate.

Cordial on the phone when inquiring of products and service. Pricing on most items competitive. Packaging and shipping was near superlative. As we all know we are looking for something different , For me it was the fresh Bertagni pastas and imported Italian charcuterie as apposed to domestic. While very good quality, Ive been spoiled by whats brought over from Emmy and the Ertenal City. None the less I would purchase from them again without reservation. Buy with confidence.
