Excellent Products - Less than Optimal Shipping During Extreme Heat

The product itself is excellent! However, the shipping delay in the extremely hot weather is concerning. I will not be able to actually give stellar review at this time, unlike all other times... Cheese shipped the manner in which I received it was fine, however the unusually long delay was not okay. This is not a slight on Sensibus at all, but the shipping company used.

My delivery was one day late

My delivery was one day late, thanks to Periship (Fed Ex). My cheeses were completely melted, and the interior of the box was actually hot. I threw all but the Grana Padano away, as I couldn't trust it. This was not Sensibus' fault, but I notified them immediately, but have yet to hear back as to what they are going to do. Poor customer service.

not cold enough

I do not feel the cheese was packaged well enough to stay cold. I opened the box and the cheese inside was warm as well as the ice packs. It was fresh mozzarella so it definitely should not be allowed to get warm. I bought 4 packages and I contacted the company and they insist it is fine. Not sure I would buy again because I prefer my fresh cheese be kept cold.

POOR SERVICE

Everything was fine, arrived on time. Tried cheese over next few days. One cheese was so hard we could not cut it and it eventually shattered when we did managed to cut it. Sent an email to customer care and never received an answer. Did receive a phone message, tried to return call but asked for extension which I did not have as it was not left in message. emailed customer care agin and have heard nothing. Other cheese were fine but service is TERRIBLE

Prompt service

Everything arrived promptly and well packaged. All cheeses were in good shape and with taste as expected.
The delivery company (UPS) should be instructed to ring the bell before leaving the package on the ground in full sun.
