Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with
A truly awful company that say they want to achieve 100% customer satisfaction but actually don’t listen or reply to customers. They ignore questions, fail to understand issues and employ representatives who are incapable of doing anything but following the company “scripts”. Telephone lines are invariably busy and even if you can get through it usually ends in voicemail (which is just ignored) I cannot imagine a more incompetent company.

I'd seriously struggle to think of a more unprofessional group of people to deal with. The foundation has literally crumbled in areas under my condo unit. Charles Koch stopped responding a month ago, and Cal McShan never bothered responding at all. I tried emailing the president of the company as well as ReviewHotline@Sentrymgt.… as a last ditch effort yesterday, but apparently people only reply if you have minor issues. Part of my walls were cut out and there's now plastic up where dry wall should be, there's black mold growing due to the inside of the walls being exposed to the damp ground for who knows how long. I have a daughter with asthma and I have MS, we've both been battling upper respiratory infections because of this and these people can't even be bothered to reply to an email or even provide me with a copy of the foundation report for the unit I own.
Stop hiring your relatives
The company fails in all aspects mainly in compensation and job security. Low salary and almost non-existent raises/bonuses (if you are not in management, a favorite or a family member). The systems they are using are outdated, communication is non-existent and they seem unable to properly handle sensitive documents.
You are better off looking for alternatives
Worst customer service you can ever experience. My inquiries and concerns have gone unanswered for some time and I just don't understand how they run their business. Stay away!
Didn't Meet the Expectations
This company sucks at handling maintenance and repair issues. First, they respond too late. Second, they are after a quick solution and third, they still claim to be the best property management company. I plan to stay away from the properties managed by them in the future.
