I recently ordered two custom settings on two separate occasions from Serendipity Diamonds. One of which was not even a stock design.

Their service was excellent. Communication was excellent and of course their workmanship superb.

I will use their service again soon.

Drina took the time to guide our choice of stones & ring shape, so that we chose the exact ring that we were happy with, as it’s not every day you celebrate a 55 th wedding anniversary ❤️… very happy with our choice of diamonds & peridot- it looks beautiful

I have had a diamond ring which has had diamonds dislodge and fall out 3 times now, two of those times they have fixed it but have said the third time is wear and tear. I do not expect wear and tear on a diamond ring like this where there is no visible damage. The same issue happening 3 times in a row is not wear and tear it is a faulty product that they will not admit to or fix. Would never trust a product from them again.

I’ve been using Serendipity for 12 years now as my “go to” jeweller. Having purchased 4 rings, including a bespoke double stone ring, a solitaire engagement ring and his and her wedding bands, and my latest purchase was some lab grown stones set in beautiful earrings. Mark, Drina and the team are brilliantly helpful when trying to arrive at the right choice, great at keeping you updated throughout the order process and delivery, and just a real pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my partner happened upon Serendipity when looking to choose wedding rings. What a stroke of luck, these guys are genuinely amazing. Drina is the ultimate professional and spent so much time with us listening to what we wanted, making recommendations based on years of experience and ultimately designing and making the perfect set of wedding rings. I've been a customer of Serendipity Diamonds for years. I've purchased off-the-shelf items from them such as rings or earrings, and I've asked for a bespoke unique item to be made from a simple sketch as well.
Mark and Drina have never failed to be highly personable and professional, and the products they offer are second to none. They are my go-to jewellers and I am happy to put words to a review.

I visited Serendipity Diamonds for guidance on purchasing the perfect engagement ring, after reading through their really helpful articles online (how to choose which metal / design / stone etc.). The friendly team helped me decide on the perfect ring which was very well received! I have been back since with my fiancé to get the ring slightly resized (whoops! - although this was no trouble at all), and to purchase our wedding rings. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service from Drina at Serendipity.
I bought an Elvish ring from them, specified the script and received the ring after a few weeks, I was really impressed with the quality and the weight of the Gold ring. The Elvish script all the way around the band was crisp, deep and absolutely perfect. Far superior quality to every other 'Ring of Power' I've seen on the internet. I felt happy I'd made the right choice. Not cheap, but I was looking for quality not cheap.
Had to have the ring resized a couple of times due to my terrible ring sizer.
Can't fault them at any point in the interactions I've had with them. If you're looking for a high quality product and great service I highly recommend them.

Just collected my ring. The original cluster of diamonds on a gold band have been reset in platinum to form a beautiful bespoke ring. I returned to this company because of their outstanding service. Thank you Drina for all your professional help.

I have just received the most beautiful 'tree of life' pendant for Valentine's Day from my husband, purchased from Serendipity Diamonds. It is just gorgeous, fabulous quality and in amazing packaging. My husband says customer service he received was excellent. What a little 'gem' this is for the Isle of Wight!

I was honestly lost when I contacted you with all the different rings / sizes / designs and budgets available, Your patience meant that a very daunting process (for a man) was an enjoyable one. My wife loves the rings (I loved the price as so much cheaper than other places I had looked at) - Thanks again. Never trust piloted a company before, but I felt you guys deserved it!!!

Terrible customer service throughout and a company NOT interested in hearing constructive feedback. (as I am sure they will comment against this review justifying their actions).

When the engagement ring was purchased, it was not made clear that only a bespoke wedding band would fit against it. When we inquired about a bespoke wedding band, the information provided wasn't clear, Serendipity had no photos to show us of how it would look, and it was a lot more expensive than anywhere else. So we went somewhere else! We also missed the 30 day window for a free ring re-size so we went somewhere else as Serendipity told us they would give us a discount on a ring re-size ONLY if we also bought a bespoke wedding band from them. Months later, one of the diamonds fell out of the ring and they blamed us for getting the ring resized at a third party. They did replace the diamond for free, but in every communication they made it clear they were doing us a favour and it was our fault that the diamond fell out. The horrible customer service we received tainted the entire experience for us and we will never recommend them to anyone.

(and FYI they use Feefo for feedback, and their reviews are overwhelming positive. Interestingly, Serendipity didnt ask us to share feedback on the Feefo site, as they clearly only want positive feedback about their company on the internet).

Warm and welcoming staff. Bought a diamond engagement ring from their offers section and it came as described with pretty box and tiny ring box to propose with. Great company and online chat is useful for when I had any questions :-)
