I have always found Serious Tissues a…

I have always found Serious Tissues a pleasure to deal with. Their products are amazingly good value with built in care for the environment. No green washing here just excellent quality products and added care for the planet. All suppliers should take a recycling leaf out of their books.
There website is easy to understand and use. The customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced.Very helpful and polite to deal with if needed. I am very happy to have found them and will continue to do so , as long as their excellent products and service continues in this way.

I love that you can amend the gap…

I love that you can amend the gap between deliveries so easily. And what is not to like about never running out? The toilet tissue is soft, strong and long and best of all doesn't Cost The Earth. Thank you Serious Tissues!

Not the same as before..

i am really shocked at the quality of the toilet paper.. it is certainly very inferior to the last box i received. i was not notified that the quality would be changing. The inner cardboard tube is also so much larger. therefore less paper on the roll. A sorry case of shrink-flation. There has to be communication if a product is going to change substantially.

Great products, ethos and customer service

I'm delighted with the products and the company ethos. I had a problem understanding the rewards scheme and left a message on the chat function. This was answered promptly and my rewards points were applied as I wanted - promptly. I am impressed.
