Easy to use website
It's a bit pricey but for a good cause

Prompt delivery and perhaps knowing that the product is low carbon rather than than ignorantly just buying stuff because we are over entitled and over privileged makes this a 5 star product

Really efficient service.
It's easy to order,and the parcel came through quickly. I've bought the toilet roll before and it's excellent value for money,whilst still helping to save the planet!

All good, no complaints. I have got used to the paper now, it isn't quite as soft as other brands but I'm happy knowing I'm doing something to help the planet in my small way. We have to start somewhere.

I've been ordering and using Serious Tissues toilet paper for several years now. And will continue to do so. Good quality, soft and best of all, no tree dies. Fast delivery too.

As usual, the product is great but it arrived in a truly filthy and damaged box that was broken open in a number of places. Not brilliant for a kitchen product really.
More an issue with the delivery agent but not something I want to repeat.

I was a bit dubious about the switch to alternative toilet papers. I worried about the quality, etc but am pleased to report that I've been very happy with Serious Tissues. I've since ordered kitchen roll and although I haven't tried it yet, it looks as good as the supermarket ones I've been buying.

Most importantly though, I contacted their customer service about an issue with my most recent order/payment. Alex was incredibly responsive and very helpful and understanding. Good customer service makes or breaks a company for me and I was definitely very impressed with the customer service here.

I'd done quite a bit of research & was impressed by the fact you're uk based, & don't use products from abroad. I've used Who Gives A Crap & Naked Sprout for years, but was looking for a company with greener credentials. I wanted a trial pack but couldn't find one with only loo roll - I didn't want tissues or the laundry sheets as well. So I took the plunge & ordered a box of 36. When I opened the box what hit me first were the huge spaces in the middle of the rolls - I can slot a cardboard tube from the other two brands inside yours! The second thing was when I touched the paper, it feels rough & flimsy, but I'm still using the last of my other brands so time will tell. Each sheet is quite small too, though the other brands I use have both recently reduced the size of each sheet to similar dimensions. Your product will have to perform miracles in use for me to justify buying more. I'm so disappointed - and I now have 36 rolls to get through, which could take me nearly 6 months!
