Cheapest and worst pants I’ve owned.
I purchased a paid of the Bronx jeans a while back and let’s just say it was a rough start. I received a defective pair that only had three out of four “D” loops to attach the belts they sent along with them to attach too. Where the missing loop was, there was a hole in the pocket which ultimately ended with the entire pocket ripping open from the bottom and eventually the whole back pocket came off the pants. I was sent another pair as compensation ( after I was told I was being sent another pair of jeans I had to wait a couple weeks just to have only two belts show up because the “warehouse” thought my belts were the issue.) after I finally received my new non defective jeans I thought my troubles were over. Up until I bent down to pick something off the floor and the pants ripped super easily. (Keep in mind I bought mine a size big so I would have extra mobility) I’ve never had pants that ripped this easily. I was actually able to completely rip the pants off section by section and take them off of my legs.
I thought maybe it was just the one pair but of course, I tried wearing my second pair out of the two they sent me and I ended up ripping them getting into my car at the grocery store.

The customer service team took amazing care of me with my return and exchanges I had. I had ordered the wrong size in one pair of pants but also didn't love the look. Went back and returned those and got different ones that are much more comfortable and fit much better due to guidance from their team. Will order from here again and again. I even got my original discounts when reordering!

Great customer service
Initially got the wrong sizes as I wasn’t sure how accurate to US sizing things would be. Jennifer was super helpful in getting through the refund process and I got the correct sizes and love my purchase!

I got the wrong size
I got the wrong size. I sent the stuff back. Only to be told can't get my money back even though they didn't have anything else there that would fit me. They also didn't have anything else that I liked. I did buy one pair of pants and they're all right. Now I have a $60 credit with these folks that I'm never going to use I'll probably forget about it within the next week or two. So I assume that's their MO.

Richard, I was checking the records and it seems we didn't send the wrong size: we sent the same size you ordered; and after you returned them, we sent the one that we had in stock for the bigger size.
Now, Long Black is back in stock for size 36, if you are still interested.
