I ordered two pair of pants that are defective. I returned them and I want a refund not a credit for more defective merchandise. If you check the pictures they never show how the pants fit the waist because they are hiding that’s where the defects are!

Great Quality!
Purchased a few pairs of trousers and a leather jacket and had no problems with my order. Shipping was fast and the items I received are of great quality. Trousers are a perfect fit and have a tapered fit. I love that. I fell in love with the leather jacket I bought especially when I saw it in person. The slacks are nice but they sent me a defective pair. They quickly sent me a replacement pair that I picked out but that pair was the wrong size... still trying to get a replacement pair of slack I can actually wear.

Great clothing company over all, shipped within a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the jacket was great. Saw it on a Facebook add and decided to check it out. Definitely wasn’t disappointed.

Customer service was great! I had some concerns about ordering pants to ensure that they would fit right. CS sent me a size chart which worked! Plus, they responded quickly and assured me that they have a return policy in the event that the pants wouldn't fit.

I was apprehensive at first....but.
I was apprehensive at first. Then I went ahead and ordered. What I found is that the products are awesome, the shipping was free and fast, but the service was even better. I had and issue with the size of an item. I was quickly helped by customer service and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Glad to have found Sernes, I will be ordering more from them.

The size calculator suggested the wrong…
The size calculator suggested the wrong size, it said size 38 so I bought it. I'm actually a size 32, I only bought the size 38 because I assumed the size calculator that SERNES provides on their website was accurate for my size and that maybe their size 38 matches the standard size 32. (Which, having received my package, I now know that the size 32 from SERNES is the same as the standard size 32, which is what I should have got) other than the size being wrong, I enjoy the styles you provide. I'm just surprised the size calculator led to me being suggested to buy a size that's too big for me.
