I booked time to replace a battery for 14:00 a clock from the apple support page. Then at 13:30 they inform me that they do not replace batteries after 14:00. What a joke for a service. It is beyond my mind how could they get certificate for service provider from Apple.
RE: I couldn't care less about your website. The appointment was booked from Apple website. It is beyond my ability to understand how could you become an Apple Service provider with such an unprofessional practices. Calling me 30 minutes before the appointment is that professional? Why did you accepted the appointment on first place?
There are other more professional Apple Service providers that actually care about customers, I urge anyone coming here AVOID ServicePartner Danmark A/S there is not a single reason why to choose them!
RE2: Good that you mention the email you send me to confirm the appointment with Apple, normally that would be a nice place to mention your rules, not a single word about changing battery before 14:00. Your registration page would be another opportunity to mention this “small” detail. Nowhere, this is mentioned! Nowhere in our communication you warned me not to waste my time coming to your shop!

We called you just to make sure that you were aware about the cutoff time for battery replacements, as described on our website. We did not want you to come by and expect that we would be able to have the battery replaced after our official cutoff time.
RE: I'm sorry to hear that you were not informed by Apple, about the time window for same day service in regards to battery replacement at our facility, when you booked the appointment in Apple's system on their website.
We did however send you a mail the day before your appointment, with a request for you to create the repair case on our webpage. And in that mail we informed you, that you also would be able to find information about our address, opening hours, price information and repair time (Same day service) on our web page.
We'll inform Apple about the lack of information provided to you on their booking page and also look into a possible update of the written information that we provide to you as a customer, when the appointment information at Apple is made available to us by Apple.
