After making my purchase, I left them with the wrong email address and wrong phone number. They were very proactive in trying to contact me when the item came into stock, including sending me a snail mail letter as the last resort. Great customer service!

You offered a great deal on an ex-display item which I arranged to collect at Sevenoaks. The item is great, but I was a bit disappointed at the collection, which was disinterested, and curt. No attempt to chat, see whether I needed any help with set-up or any extras. So good deal, but lacking in salesmanship. Edit: I was called in response to the above, which was a great thing to do. Thank you.

Speakers arrived by DPD and not Evri so that is worth 5 stars on its own!
Although a clearance item they were packed in original box and packaging with all accessories intact

Value for money, was kept updated on delivery which was the next day. Website wasn’t easy to use on iPhone and had to use laptop to place the order but still 5 out of 5 for service.

I’m a returning customer and as always I find Sevenoaks courteous professional and always spot on with the deliveries. 80% of my gear has been purchased with them.
