We have used Severn Estates twice to move home (Terry and Paul). On both occasions the service was brilliant- they could not have done more.
Today we had a new sofa delivered to our house. It would not go up to our first floor lounge. It was very disappointing- then we thought of the quality job Severn Estates had done and so we called them. I am writing this review sitting on the sofa in our lounge! Terry was brilliant again- thank you!

Awful experience. No updates, only one viewing in neqrly 5 weeks, no video or feature on selling sites or FB, for sale sign fell down and they never put it back up. Swapping to a different estate agent now and already have a viewing before even going live!

Absolutely fabulous service from the team at Severn Estate Agents, and in particular from Josh and Richard. They kept me informed every step of the way, and were great at offering advice and their expert knowledge of the market. I will definitely use them for all future house sales and purchases, and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

We used Severn Estates to move house and they were fantastic from start to finish. Quick quotes, really competitive price and extremely friendly guys. They even found our properties on Rightmove so knew what contents they would have to move without coming round or doing any kind of video, as some companies do now.

They could not do enough to get us moved in despite many, many obstacles and date changes - not caused by them. When the sellers of our new house had failed to pack and move out on time, Severn Estates helped them move out quickly, so we could move in. They then came back on Monday and moved in the rest of our things. This was completely not their responsibility and many would have washed their hands of the problem - but these guys went above and beyond to get us moved in.

They also collected from our three different properties (one Manchester and 2 Midlands), stored some of the contents for several weeks, and moved all contents in the new property, all at different times to suit different exchange dates.

They were quick, efficient and were nothing but professional. I even contacted them again recently to move a very heavy stone bath tub upstairs, because noone else could do it. They accepted the challenge and got an extremely heavy bath up a winding staircase - with a Minton floor at the bottom and a massive stained glass window at the top - with 4 of their men, in minimal time and with no damage.

Could not praise them highly enough!

then we tryed to contact Severn estates then we found out never answered any emails or calls we have asked them on several occasions to remove our house still nothing so if you want to sell your house don't go with Severn estates stourport on severn or kidder minster
