I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. The transformation is incredible. What was once a tired, dated bathroom is now bright, modern, stylish and practical. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the finished result has exceeded all my expectations.

This is actually the second bathroom this company has installed for me, and I think that says it all.

From my very first meeting with Kevin, I knew I was in safe hands. He enthusiastically waved his tape measure and declared, "The tape measure is God! If I say it will fit, it will fit." It made me smile, but his confidence was completely justified. Everything fitted exactly as he said it would.

Gary's craftsmanship is first class. His attention to detail is exceptional, with every panel, joint and fitting completed to the highest standard. The sparkle feature wall is stunning, and the vanity unit, walk-in bath, towel radiator and every finishing touch come together beautifully. The whole room feels brighter, more spacious and far more luxurious than I ever imagined.

Kevin's planning was spot on, Gary's workmanship was outstanding, and Sparky completed all the electrical work with the same care and professionalism. Together they made a fantastic team. They were friendly, respectful of my home, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, and their pride in their work showed in every detail of the finished bathroom.

I couldn't be happier with the result. It's not just a beautiful bathroom; it's practical, thoughtfully designed and a pleasure to use. Thank you to Gary, Kevin, Sparky and everyone involved for another amazing transformation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We had a new bath installed by Severn Vale and a new shower cubicle in our en-suite, repurposing the shower removed from the main bathroom. Throughout the process Gary was superb, advising us on the best way to promote accessibility due to my limited mobility. The finished results were outstanding. He even matched up a small gap in the flooring from the old shower. I can't recommend this firm highly enough - prompt, courteous, clean and very professional throughout. Also - reasonable value for money.

I recently sent an email to severn vale bathrooms requesting a quote where my email was deleted without being read? A reply saying sorry would have been nice but probably the same arrogant person in the other review below?

If you don’t want any business just take your site down?

From start to finish, Severnvale have been the epitome of professionalism. The two chaps that worked on my kitchen were just the best ever, Gary and Kevin(Sparky)
G and S were so courteous and respectful, advising us regularly at what stage they were in the refurbishment. They were tidy beyond belief, everything was left immaculately clean at the end of each day. I cannot speak to highly of the service and attention to detail that I received. I recommend Severnvale without any hesitation.

We were pleased with our new bathroom and the good work done on it

On February 5th 2025 mid-day, a gentleman as arranged from Severn Vale Bathrooms ( Gloucestershire U.K.) came out to assess and measure up for a new fitted bathroom for us. Very business like and efficient. In the meantime he told us that we could visit their showroom and decide on the actual designs of our choice.
So, the next day ( Feb 6th) afternoon this is what we did.
To mention, we have a small dog, about the same size as a cat who we put in a dog stroller pushchair for convenience and started to make our way through the door. Before we were halfway in, a small somewhat officious lady came bustling across the room, (small room I hasten to add) almost shouting— “You can’t bring your dog in here, there is a sign in the door no dogs except guide dogs”. as she could not wait to point out to us. Totally arrogant! We are both elderly and disabled people and the sign was NOT totally visible to us. I mean, how ridiculous. We were not even half way through the door! Our little dog was sitting in the stroller and not even on the floor for heavens sake. No polite “ Sorry Sir, if you don’t mind we do not allow dogs in the showroom. But in a ‘doggy stroller’ WHY NOT??
Just to add, she actually dismissed herself from some other customers to rush over the small receiving area to confront us!
Don’t know who she was or what position she held, but one thing is for sure, she definitely needs to go on a customer relations course!
Anyway, as I replied to her as I backed out of the door — “ Lady, you have just lost yourself a sale as we will go to another bathroom supplier who knows how to treat their potential customers properly”.
Incidentally, if I was offered this service at half price because of her arrogance I would take great pleasure in refusing!
If you have a small dog and don’t mind being ‘bullied’ out of showrooms then good luck with this company!!!
To mention, the lady?? did not know that I am somewhat deaf, so my little intelligent dog may have been a ‘hearing dog’ but she never bothered to ask!! Lastly, my wife is still recovering from a heart operation so really did not need this arrogance. We were looking forward to a leisurely browse around the showroom to choose our fittings but then obviously this company is making plenty of money to be able to turn valid customers away!
