They send faulty products do not trust

Way back years ago my first order with them they sent me a faulty product never got a refund I also sent it back on my money. They claimed it was me even though it was faulty before opening the box which they made me, then they accused me such a bad business do not trust these people you have been warned. I also sent them photos before unboxing and after. truly dishonest people.

not happy

in the past were good .but as far as last itim the money went strait away .recived email telling me would be shipped .3 mounths now have rang sent emails all no answer .lucky thay in victoria or would be getting a visit . am shore would not recomend buy anything from them ,just loose your money.

SEXTOYS247 = THIEVES

So far, I’ve found lovehoney.com.au to be trouble free.

Same as most other reviews here - I wish I’d read them before purchasing and paying for a product I never received. Have tried contacting them in every way. Proceeding with 3rd parties, for example, Fair Trade, my bank & their supplier (known brand Oxballs), to pursue this ugly business in our own backyard. I may never get my product or money back, however I will seek to damage this thieving business with every avenue open to me.

No customer contact at all

Although i ordered from them 2 years ago, they sent the items without any dramas.
However, I placed an order on 30 th December of around $100, assuming it was holiday season and staff not working, i waited and my order still says processing.. i called them multiple times during business hours, sent emails to the two stated email accounts.
The number just goes to a voice mail. and no email reply.

Their website states, if its online, its on stock, so thought they were waiting on one item. There is no customer contact at all, they just took the money.
Is there a way to complain to the ACCC ?

Non-existent customer service. No communication. Criminals that steal your money and send no products.

I paid for an order of several items and a full 7 days later the order still said "processing". I wanted the order for a specific date and would have thought ordering 10 days in advance would have been plenty of time given how they talk up their use of "express post". They have not replied to any of the multiple emails I have sent, and when you call their number, all you get is voicemail stating to send them an email. Pathetic. I am now having to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get a charge-back. Waste of time and effort, plus they have robbed me of any opportunity to purchase what I wanted from another website in time. Avoid these time-wasting criminals at all costs.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Used this company many times and never had a problem until recently. Made an order two
months ago and still haven’t received any items. Nothing has been shipped and my numerous emails have been ignored about my order’s status.

BAD SERVICE AND A CON. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING

Made my 1st order on a Wednesday morning about 8am & received it the following Tuesday after being told it takes " UP TO 2 DAYS FOR SYDNEY METRO DELIVERY" I gave them the benefit of doubt and made a larger 2nd order on a Wednesday morning again and didnt get any emails or phone calls or products so i thought i must of done something wrong when ordering and re-ordered the exact same order the following Thursday and didnt hear from them again, so i checked my bank account and seen that both payments had been paid for the 2nd order and the re-order. I sent a email on the sunday with screen shots of bank deposits into there account and received a email at 5.30pm monday night saying that they didnt have 1 of the products and to choose 1 of these 3 but no mention of the double payment or a refund. I sent several emails with the 1st one saying which 1 i choose out of the 3 choices and havent heard back from tbem or received any products since SO I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF and i was told by someone else that they ripped off that THEY THINK YOU WONT REPORT THEM BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY SELL AND WHAT YOU ORDERED. BEWARE AND ORDER AT YOUR OWN DEMISE

Completely disappointing experience

Completely disappointing experience. Will never use again and not speak nicely of them. Got stuffed around. Got excuses. Got the buy this instead emails constantly after wanting ato refund. Phone was never answered when called in office hours

They seem to have everything & I found what I was looking for pretty quickly. My order arrived 2 days later. That's good service as far as I'm concerned.
