I'll preface this by saying this is only a review about Sezane lamps and I do think the products are beautiful. I bought a Traviata lamp recently. It looked lovely in person. I decided to have one on either side of my couch and bought another. I noticed it was a little top heavy; the base wasn't quite solid enough for the height. Within 2 days, my cat had knocked it over, and unfortunately broke a critical component inside that attached the bulb to the electrical bits. I wrote Sezane to ask if they could point me to their supplier or replace the broken piece, which they were unable to help with. I called my electrician, ordered every available similar part on Amazon, and at several hardware stores, but struck out. I called 2 of the best lamp restoration experts in London. No one could help. The parts are completely custom. This is just to say, if you have kids, pets or any clumsy family members, for the price of these lamps they are very fragile and unstable. The design is lovely; no complaints there. But what an expensive purchase to be so easily destroyed. I had to buy a THIRD lamp to get the two I wanted, and while I love them I'd never buy other Sezane lighting for this reason alone. Very design focused, but construction hasn't considered things like stability and durability.

Customer service is an IA nightmare:
I order 3 pair of jeans, 2 are normally cut, the third one is two size smaller despite indicating another one.
I signal the defect, after 30’ and pictures takes of the jeans, measurements, etc: they don’t refund me shipping, they don’t send me the new pair in express (even the first pairs were shipped in express). They claim
DHL would pick up my return: nobody comes to by door, Sezane cancels the return. DHL doesn’t come up anymore. I have to pay the return myself.
A true nightmare, never again Sezane!
Edit: the team reached me. They were supposed to send me a new pair of jeans as soon as the old one was deposited with DHL: 1) it was not the case, 2) I just received an email informing me that the jeans would be reimbursed (not shipped, not shipped in express even though I paid for express shipping the first time AND asked for a new pair of jeans). But hey, they offered me a mug and a third make-up bag.

Very disappointed with Sezane. Have been a client for many years but have never had a problem like this before. It has now taken 3 weeks and still not resolved. Returned an order 26/ 11 it was received by their warehouse 27/11. An email was sent 1 week later confirming the return and apologising for the delay in refunding the item . After a few days with no news or refund I contacted customer service and explained the situation with screen shots of proof of delivery and email received.
They asked me to fill in a form with all the information . This form says it is a sworn statement with the possibility of 1 year in prison if a false statement is given! This is just a return order already in your warehouse!! They were now going to investigate the problem. I have had contact with 3 different people from customer service, and am still waiting for my refund.
If there is a problem with their warehouse ( loss, theft or other) it is not my responsibility and I should not have to wait while they finalise their inquiry!!
Monday morning, 15/12 I was told they would get back to me in 3 working days- but still no news today 19/12.
This is really not acceptable!!
Update- after contacting Sezane again on 19/12, a 4th person from customer service answered saying they would "exceptionally proceed with the refund" and that their workshop confirms they have not received the return. No
acknowledgement of any error on their side ,no mention of their email sent confirming the reception of my return, and no apology for the 3 week delay in refunding me.
I'm disgusted with the way they have handled this problem.

Always a terrible experience. Once purchased an expensive coat where the pocket was sewn on backwards. This time I have placed a Christmas order and 7 days later it still has not been received, despite them sending emails saying it will be received soon. Then they don't give you a customer service phone number to call, presumably because it would be overwhelmed with irate customers.
This is definitely my last purchase from this place

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I purchased a pair of shoes priced at $330, which developed a serious defect after LESS THAN ONE WEEK of wear — the sole detached, something the company themselves admitted “should certainly not have happened.” This occurred while I was at work, which was both embarrassing and disruptive. Thankfully, I happened to have another pair of shoes kept at the office; otherwise, the situation would have been a complete disaster.
While customer service acknowledged the defect, their communication was unnecessarily procedural and dismissive in tone. Rather than offering a clear and straightforward resolution, the response focused on process and formalities.
I also had another item returned to the company. However, it was only after I raised this quality issue that they finally confirmed the refund for that separate return, despite the item having already been received by them.
Being required to navigate standard return procedures for defective or already-returned items, rather than receiving timely confirmation and resolution, was disappointing.
For a brand positioned at a premium price point, both the product quality and the customer service experience fell below acceptable standards. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

I want to purchase something but there is no phone number to check size availability so I tried emailing them with the address given but the message came back as an invalid address and I could not send the email.
How else does one contact the company when they do not provide correct information on their websites?
