Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful in sorting out my problem. I had a discount code that was still valid but wouldn’t work online when I tried to use it. I reached out for assistance and the customer service team was extremely efficient in making sure I received the discount on my item as per the coupon I provided. Another reason to shop Sezane!

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Long term customer of Sezane and love their clothes, but won't be buying anymore. Huge price increases in Australian store compared to EU/US stores, which cannot be justified even when factoring in shipping, taxation etc. Pricing outside these regions is now predatory - very sad to say good-bye to a favourite brand but just not worth buying if you are outside EU/US locations. When I queried the Aussie price increases, Sezane customer service were very vague and clearly struggled to explain the huge increase in prices recently.
