Recently bought a new PV5 van from Ricky at the York branch, he was very quick to respond with answers and arranged a test drive. After driving the van there was no pressure to buy and we went ahead and purchased a van they happened to have in stock rather than having to wait a couple of months.
On handover Ricky patiently explained the features of the van and helped us to learn how to look after an EV, and followed up a few days later to see if we needed anything.
Great experience from start to finish, how all car and van dealerships should be - Highly recommend

Recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from SG Petch Middlesbrough,sales executive Gary showed me around the two cars I had seen online and left me and the wife to inspect them I chose the one I preferred, Gary then sorted all paperwork out a very pleasant transaction, unfortunately the car needed a new part fitted a week or so later, but the girls from the front desk to the service department soon had the car booked in and repaired, well done Holly and colleagues very professional

Great experience
Great experience. Carl was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me in explaining everything and giving me plenty of time to choose the colour and model. I travel some distance as my local Hyundai dealers were just not interested in my custom and treated me disrespectfully as when I turned up for the test drive the salesman was on holiday and hadn't made any arrangements for me in his absence. This is the second time that I have used S G Petch and its well worth the journey. Can't recommend them enough!

David at Mazda, SG Petch Darlington was awesome.
David at Mazda, SG Petch, Darlington was excellent from start to finish. Very patient with a laid back approach. No pushy sales tactics. He was very accommodating considering I live over 250 miles away from their dealership. I was offered a good part exchange value for my car online & he didn't try to haggle it down on inspection. David also gave me prompt replies to my queries after my car purchase. Definitely one of the better car salesman I have dealt with.
