Purchased a beautiful table and the delivery was so quick.

Shackletons offer a white glove service which we decided to go with as the table was rather heavy and i wanted to save my husband the bother. The guys arrived and were very friendly and got on with job straight away and took all the packaging away with them.

Unfortunately after they had left I noticed a mark on the table so i got onto customer services straight away and messaged Linzi.

Linzi was amazing and made sure that a replacement table was sent out to us asap and was very apologetic for the inconvenience it was going to cause.

We have a table which we are very happy with and Linzi has been in touch to make sure all is OK...Great Customer Service and so lovely to be actually dealing with someone that cares.

I would definitely recommend everyone to use Shackletons. 👍🏻😁♥️

Although the purchase was returned through no fault of Shackleton's, they were efficient and helpful, organising collection and refund quickly. Highly recommend this company

The staff were so helpful ensuring I had the items I required and providing lots of helpful advice. Matt went over and above to ensure I was happy with the items I was wishing to Order. I would recommend this company 100%.

We rec’d an item earlier than expected. Unfortunately I needed to return the item, but nothing to with an issue with Shackletobs. Their representative Linzi went out of her to way to help me quickly and appropriately. The item has been collected now and I just await the refund credit. Assuming this arrives as anticipated, you he customer service has been excellent. Will recommend and shop here again. Thank you.

For the attention of Paul & Ben Shackleton Chatburn. I can't rate this company high enough. Especially Ben in the delivery department who has gone over and above in his role to accommodate my change in circumstances over a lengthy time frame. Ben has been exceptional, making adjustments without added pressure to me. Nothing has been too much trouble which is very rare to find in companies today. The coating on the top of our patio table had started to peel after less than two years. I contacted customer services who were excellent and arranged for a new table top to be sent to us. Excellent service, thank you.

We ordered 2 barstools for our new kitchen which look great. Unfortunately there was some marks on the back of the chair so contacted Linzi in Customer Services who immediately arranged for a new chair to be delivered.

The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic and hugely appreciated. I would not hesitate to shop at Shackletons again as the pre and post sales experience was brilliant !!

Absolutely first rate customer service- cannot fault it. Better than any of the Big Chains by a country mile. Quick, efficient, friendly and dealt with issue is super quick time- would heartily recommend

Been many times and always manage to fit in a visit to the cafe. Good range of decorative goods, a little different from the 'run of the mill'. Only complaint is that the two toilets are unisex which usually means wet floors and seats.

Huge thanks to Linzi for sorting out the difficulties we had with the products we ordered. They were slightly damaged and she arranged for us to receive replacements very quickly, keeping us updated at all times. Excellent customer service.

First time we’ve been to Shackletons but we will definitely be back. We found our perfect dining table and chairs at a really competitive price. The customer service was excellent both on the shop floor and especially Linzi in customer care who exceeded our expectations in dealing with a small query we had. Well done Shackletons 👏👏👏

Excellent after sales service from Shackletons. We suddenly developed a problem with some of the slats on a garden table we bought a couple of years ago, and their customer service team promptly sorted out replacements with the manufacturers, keeping us fully informed all the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from Shackletons with emails and phone calls. Had a mishap with Garden Bistro Set and was very quickly supplied with a replacement top for the table. Am delighted to find that this kind of customer care still exists and have no hesitation in using them again and recommending to others.

I had a fault on a garden table top. It was a manufacturing fault which became apparent over time. When I reported it to Linzi she dealt with the issue expeditiously and effectively. She maintained regular contact until she was happy that the issue was resolved. Linzi provided an excellent quality of service for which I was extremely grateful. She is an asset to Shackleton's!

Excellent customer service from Linzi when we had a problem with our garden table. The manufacturers were very unhelpful even though the table was under guarantee, but Shackletons sorted it out for us. Thoroughly recommend them
