Super service, this was the first time I have used an online service to supply my prescription sunglasses. Shade Station have a great selection of prescription sunglasses so choosing a suitable frame to suit my requirements was easy. The website is very user friendly and stepping through the prescription lens selection was simple ( I selected varifocals) and the sunglass tint selection was equally straightforward. My glasses were delivered as per the original estimated time. I'm really happy with the glasses and will use Shade Station again

Exceptional customer care!
I had a delivery issue where Royal Mail unfortunately sent my parcel back to sender (to be clear, this was due to my own error). I contacted Shade Station via webchat, and the agent was incredibly understanding. They offered an amazing gesture of goodwill to help resolve the problem for me quickly. Fantastic communication and brilliant customer care. I highly recommend them!
