Exceptional service
I dont normally write many reviews, but this place absolutely deserve it. I lost my prescription sunglassess 2 days before going abroad. I ordered from them in a blind panic but it was literally the BEST decision. My confirmation email came and within 2 hours my dispatch email came. The sunglasses came the next day (i paid £10 for the next day Saturday delivery) and they are perfect. They look great, feel great and most importantly the prescription is spot on. Cant believe there is a service like this thatvis so simple when my usual optician was going to take 7-10 days! I ended up with Gucci prescription sunglasses delivered the next day for £200. Absolutely delighted!

I have ordered from here twice now
I have ordered from here twice now, i use it for raybans as i trust their stock to be the genuine item. I've checked with rayban both times and they are genuine and made in Italy.
Gtrat prices too, got my new wayfarers polarised for 140 as they were around 200 everywhere else. Packaging could be better is my only feedback if i had to be picky, but saying that ive never had an issue. So still a massive thumbs up, delivery is what you pay for dependant on your convenience, DPD both times and the courier even called me 10 mins before he got to the house then again when he was there. So cant fault anything. Shade station is trusted 👍

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I ordered Saint Laurent sunglasses. The parcel I received was very damaged and the glasses arm warped. I tried to authenticate the glasses via the Kering Eyewear Declarations of Conformity page and the code was invalid. Not only are the glasses damaged, but it appears they are actually fake. I contacted customer service with videos, photos and evidence of the invalid code. They gave me the run around for weeks and are now non-responsive. It has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a company. I paid full price for a faulty and fake product. I caution anyone who is looking to buy from this company.

Prescription Glasses
This is the second time using Shadestation and both times have been a pleasure. They have a great offer at sensible prices. The ordering process is very easy and they keep you informed throughout.
The last order was for my wife and she found the glasses were not suitable for her face shape. We used the 14 day guarantee sent them back and picked a different pair as an exchange.
This was sorted out very quickly and she is very happy.
I would recommend to anyone wanting glasses.Much cheaper than the High St.

My second burberry frame purchased from Shade Station was in stock and was delivered in just three days. Both frames were half the price of my high street optician. Great, reliable company, big on customer service. Would recommend.
