Your POS system failed several times, and we had to wait for 30 min to get it fixed, plus another 30 minutes for the waiting time. To be fair, the female crew member was very accomodating.However, the noodles in your carbonara were spoiled. It’s already been a month, and no one has reached out regarding the refund. Even after coordinating with Shakey’s Montalban’s FB messenger, there’s still no resolution. This will not just fade away!
