Sadly let down by Fedex, who have list our parcel, delivered somewhere but not our address, no way to contact Fedex, just automated advice, ive checked all neighbors no joy, tried Rago email, no joy

Horrifically useless customer service when trying to return or exchange, which is a very common necessity with women’s shapewear products. Also originally said they delivered an item that was missing from my order and after nearly a month of me checking in back and forth, they told me it had been out of stock so not fulfilled. Then why mark it as fulfilled? Something is very wrong in both fulfillment and customer service here. I’ll avoid like the plague in the future.

Item never received

I love the product but dislike that I did not get the 12% discount as promised on the ad in the email by typing in the code. I emailed customer service which said I would receive a reply in 24-48 hours and have not heard anything. Will probably not order from you again.

I recently had a tummy tuck and this abdominal binder is perfect because it gives me the option of tightening it in areas where I need extra support. I would definitely order this again!

Customer Service was attentive and excellent. Prompt and considerate of my needs. I ordered incorrect cup size for my mastectomy bras and the exchange for correct size was easy and quick. I made the error on sizing. Yes, we pay for shipping and shipping insurance and yes, there are return policy restrictions, but my situation was handled effectively and I appreciate the quality bras and fast shipping. Items were well wrapped and secure in packaging. I will recommend this seller.

Very disappointed with this company and Sofia customer service agent , I ordered 2 garments to be here in time for my post op surgery , I received only one , now they tell me that it was shipped , however when I check with USPS it shows it was never shipped out, I just keep getting the around from this company.

Monday I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge.

I needed a larger size due to my hourglass shape and size chart was not working for me. Customer Service helped me exchange and I chose 2 sizes up and everything worked out.
Watch your size and be willing to use a corset extender if you are larger in a certain area but my garment is super adorable

The product is way too small and too short. If it was just too small I'd gladly order a size up, but the fact that the product was so short that it rode up my rear end painfully even hunched over means that no product replacement is even possible. A refund to my payment method would be the only feasible solution, and a refund was denied. Also the customer support people are extremely rude and straight up told me I didn't follow the measurement guidelines properly when I did follow them correctly.

Poor customer service

Two surgical bras ordered and received. One has a defective zipper . Shapeware will be replacing it at no charge. They were very prompt in their response to my concerns.

Don't order from this company. Their online sizing charts are not accurate and do not match the sizing charts from the manufacturer. When you send the item back, YOU have to pay the shipping and they will only issue you a credit for more of their possibly mislabeled merchandise.

It fits perfectly. Better than what I expected.
