Bodysuits are not true to size and if you need to return you’ll get store credit.

I received the wrong item. I returned and shapewear wouldn’t issue a refund, just a site credit. This is the first time I shopped at Shapewear and I was looking for a specific item. This is not a site where I were I would usually shop. I do not find this site user friendly both in how items are displayed and described or in their return policies.

I love the faja!! But it would be better to have some soft material in top of the zipper so it would not hut the private area but is a wonderful product, good quality and is stretchy, strong

Great item - wife loves its. Shipping took more time than expected

Received my body shaper from Shapewearusa and i am loving the shapewear. It fit great, it's soft and comfortable and gives me good compression in the waist area. I got compliments from my friends and family and I plan on ordering it in more colors.

I purchased cyms 471 and received it on time.

Shipping took 7 days when I paid for 2 day shipping. After I notified them of this extreme delay they did refund me my shipping cost for 2 day shipping without hassle. But now NO refunds on returns even unopened packages.

I received my order quickly, which I was very appreciative about that. Unfortunately what I ordered didn’t fit so I contacted the company right away and they were willing to exchange it or give store credit but not a refund. I was upset about that because I had gotten a great deal while on sale and now the sale is over and I only get store credits, so I only get one item vs two.i think it’s misleading and should say no refunds so that people are aware of that risk.

Product packaging and delivery were great.

I bought what I thought would be a good shaping slip from Shapewear USA but I was wrong. It did not offer support where women need it most and it rode up...and I mean up. I sent them an e-mail and they said "We'll make it right" but of course, because I had already worn it, they won't take it back—total rip off.

They did get in touch with me and while they didn't have something that was truly what I wanted, they made a valiant effort to make it right.
Most young women don't need "Shapewear" so I don't understand why this outfit seems to cater to a younger crowd. They're already lovely and don't need help for the bulges and such that tend to happen later in life. It would be nice to find a company that remembers that older ladies like to look nice as well.

I never received the product they say was delivered. No refund so im out the money.
😀😀😀Edit: its now aug 23rd and they sent me a replacement so i will change my rating and review to a 3 because i still wouldn’t shop with them again because of my experience but they at least made it right even if it is 2.5 months after i ordered
