Absolute joke
Absolute joke! Literally made homeless, on anti depressants, desperately needed some of MY savings back due to major financial issues! Provided everything needed over and over again during a three week spell of unbearable anxiety and depression! To be met with a sarcastic email from "Ellie savings team leader" talking down to me! I'm not seeking a loan? Just my own money! I cannot claim IVA or bankruptcy ( which I do not want to do!) due to these savings! Only care about their own profit!
