One of the good features about…

One of the good features about Shawbrook Bank is that the customer service is very good as it is always possible to talk to someone who can offer a solution to the problem. I have had few occasions when this has been necessary but it is always good to know that this facility is available. There is good range of accounts available to suit most needs but I am not sure that the interest rates are as competitive as they once were. I would not hesitate to recommend Shawbrook to anyone looking for a different bank.

Super telephone assistance

I was struggling to do something online, so phoned instead. The lady who I spoke with was really efficient and helpful.

Not the best for passwords etc

Not the best for passwords etc
I opened an ISA for myself and my wife using the same email address no problem
Then you changed the rules for security reasons ?
Now it is more difficult for me to check/ log in as
Only one account can be used using the email address
What a fad having to phone up etc just to check the other account

Thank you for sharing your experience.

As an online bank, Shawbrook requires each account holder to have unique contact details, including a separate email address and mobile number. While sharing an email address may have been possible previously, this is no longer permitted for security reasons.

We’re unable to manage multiple accounts under a single email address, so each customer must register with their own individual email.
