We have had the shed since mid July
We have had the shed since mid July, yesterday I noticed the double doors had gaps between the panels twisted out of the joints. I took some photos and sent them to Shedstore requesting some feedback only to be told it’s normal wood shrinkage, the fixings to door framework were not on the edges to secure the panels twisting but in the centre, again i was told this normal. Please do not bother with Shedstore customer service is a high priority is their statement on the website which is complete nonsense from my experience

I paid for an expensive shed and for installation. I am 60 years old and live alone. Unfortunately, they use drivers who only deliver kerbside. So if you are on your own, I would not bother.

BUYER BE AWARE VERY POOR QUALITY.
Delivery was roadside drop not as promised in the garden , quite afew panels were badly warped ,very disappointed with the complete shed , roof sags in the middle awful job .wish I had not bought it .
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A SHED FROM HERE THINK AGAIN SAVE YOURSELFS A LOT OF GRIEF AND DISAPPOINTMENT.
