I ordered from Shein and returned items…

I ordered from Shein and returned items with the correct QR code they sent for selected combined return. They sent an email saying the attached. Can’t get hold of anyone, no one answers the phone and I am left out of pocket !!!

It’s disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend using !

do not use this website and buy…

do not use this website and buy anything from them they are pure scam i bought a blender which came faulty i took and uploaded video open 4 tickets no one reply i phone their customer service and all they said just wait 24 hours for reply i waited 24 hours no reply or update just disgrace absolutely i will contact the bank to get my money back from this scammers .i believe the way they deal with customers to make it so hard so customers do not ask about their money or forget about it .

I love shein I use it all the time

I love shein I use it all the time, the stuff I have had off them have all been of good quality and have all been here on time, delivery from shein is always quick, they keep in touch about the orders all the time up until you recieve them, I am always buying off shein and would definitely recomend others to buy

SHEIN is one of my favourite brands. Their products is good and they produce great office wears. I joined SHEIN few years ago and they are good.
SHEIN brand is excellent depends on individual brands and tastes.
They’re simply my favourite.

Customer "service" is a BOT and doesn't care about their customers

I ordered a M/L size glove and they delivered a size 24 which is too small. Size 24 does not exist in the UK so they must be for the US market - trying to arrange a return or complaint on their website is nigh on impossible. This is my first purchase from them and will most certainly be my last.

terrible support, avoid

order, order delivered.

ordered a costume and some bits of the costume was missing so I had to contact customer support. 30 minutes lates I'm pulling my hair out trying to explain I cant send pictures of items that are missing from the package.

Literally spent 30 minutes going round and round. I have contacted my credit card company now instead for a refund.

SHEIN starting to refuse returns for false reasons

I have always supported SHEIN and even when items have arrived with terrible material or questionanle sizing, I haven’t made a fuss as there was never an issue with returns. However, recently there appears to have been a change and they have been refusing to refund items for reasons that are untrue / incorrect.
- one because it was marked under the armpits (I KNOW I didn’t mark it as it wasn’t even tried on!)
- and the other because it had a broken zip (when the reason for returning was a broken zip!).
Customer services were very apologetic, but ultimately refused the refunds and said that someone else from customer services would e-mail me within 24 hours. Several days later this has not happened.
Sorry SHEIN - trust lost. Your previous biggest fan will not be placing any more orders or recommending people buy from you.

Why do you use Evri Delivery service

Why do you use Evri Delivery service . I live in a block of flats on the 12th floor and the delivery driver has left my parcel downstairs in the lobby for anyone to take .i paid for a delivery service this wasn’t it.

I’ve recently had multiple issues with…

I’ve recently had multiple issues with SHEIN, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Firstly, one of my orders, worth £85, was delivered by Evri and left on my doorstep in broad daylight while I was not at home. The parcel was clearly stolen, yet neither Evri nor SHEIN offered any form of compensation or resolution. I paid for items I never received, which is completely unacceptable.

Secondly, I placed a large order and returned 13 items. While SHEIN processed refunds for 10 of them, they are claiming that 3 items were never received at their warehouse. I returned everything in the same package, so it makes no sense that some items were processed and others were not. It has now been nearly two months, and I am still waiting for a resolution or refund for these missing items.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating. I keep receiving the same automated responses, often from a different agent each time, with no real progress being made. The issue was first raised on 22/03, and since then I have gotten nowhere. There is no clear communication, no accountability, and no way to speak to someone directly to resolve the issue.

I have followed all return instructions and fulfilled my responsibility by packaging and sending back the items as required under their policy. At this point, the responsibility lies with SHEIN to investigate and resolve the issue on their end. It is unreasonable to expect me to keep verifying information for items I no longer have in my possession.

Overall, this experience has been appalling. I have never had problems with SHEIN before, but recently the service has significantly declined. At this point, it feels like I am being ignored and left out of pocket.

All I am asking for is a fair resolution and a refund for the items I returned and not to keep getting fobbed off by the same below automated message it seems:

“Hello,
Thank you for contacting SHEIN, we hope this message finds you well. We truly understand your concern and we apologize for this inconvenience.
We have carefully reviewed the situation, and currently the returned items are not registered in our warehouse. Therefore, we are unable to process your refund request. Please check that the information regarding the returned items is accurate.Thank you for your understanding“
