Great customer service
The shelving was delivered in a timely fashion and I was contacted ahead of time as I requested about the delivery. Also Lisa in Customer Services, realised I had made a mistake with my online order and rang me to check to make sure that I had ordered the correct item. In fact I hadn’t and she sorted this all out for me and processed the correct order and authorised a refund of the difference in price. I now possess two matching shelving systems which are smart and strong.

Great product
Bought Rax2 all-metal shelving for my garage a few years ago and still looks like new, so ordered more. Very easy to construct (no fiddly nuts and bolts) and strong. Only reason not giving 5 stars was because the delivery took two days from dispatch instead of the usual one day but I was not informed, so waited in without reason on the first day. They did apologise.

Well made product
The product was very well made - it was for my daughter’s new house ( erected in the garage). I have had the same product for 6 years and it looks like it arrived yesterday !! The driver was most curtious and helpful.
