This is the 2nd time we have opted for Sherborne to carry out works for our house. From start to finish all the office staff and fitting team were friendly and professional and easy to talk to if we wanted any more information. The three men who fitted the windows were brilliant, keeping us in touch with the progress throughout both days leaving everything spotless at the end of each day. Would thoroughly recommend Sherborne anytime.

Sherborne did a really good job of renovating our conservatory plus fitting a new french door and window. The team working on the project were friendly and highly skilled. We particularly liked that Sherborne provided all the skills needed including plumbing, electrical, plastering, brickwork and, of course, for the conservatory itself. There were some issues along the way, but these were dealt with swiftly and effectively

I had windows replaced and the team that came out over 2days were efficient clean and tidy and I’m very pleased with them

Both workers were exceptional they had to overcome the hot weather and worked tirelessly Lewis in particular who came back on the Saturday was a credit to your company flawless in his application well done Sherborne

We recently had all our windows and front door replaced. The team who carried out the work (Luke, Matt and Mark) worked quickly and efficiently to a very high standard with very little mess. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. We have no hesitation recommending Sherborne to anyone contemplating having double glazing fitted.

We had new windows and doors for our entire house fitted by Sherbourne Windows. Every aspect was a first class experience from planning / design to installation. A great professional team. A special mention to the team who fitted the windows and doors, very pleasant and a joy to have in the house, very clean and had a lot of pride in their work, also extremely trustworthy in that we let them have a key to access while we were away as the installation took 3 weeks for the 28 units. The transformation to our home is absolutely amazing the finished article surpassed all our expectations, thank you to the entire team at SW.

Avoid!
Ongoing issues with this company from the build and now following up on faults.
Do not be tempted with blinds in the glass frames. They drop down out of the frame and conveniently don’t fall within the warranty. The magnets to use them will also break and you’ll be left with blinds that either don’t open or have to remain open. They won’t offer to help you get the magnets replaced. Don’t ask for anyone to come and look at the faults. They’ll tell you it’s never happened to others before and leave you hanging for answers, whilst also leaving you with a door frame that’s been popped out during their investigations.
Customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
We should have realised in the beginning with poor workmanship that we would have ended up with ongoing faults so sharing our experience here to warn others.

Every person that came to the site worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. The finished article looks great.

As repeat customers, we had total assurance through the whole process, from initial enquiry, advice and selection of an option, engineer's survey, pricing and a planned schedule of work, through to installation and after sales documentation.
The installation was perfectly executed by a very professional two-man team.

The show room were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, listening to what we wanted. They took time to help us decide what we wanted.
Next we had a visit to our home to discuss requirements and take measurements, and we were given the timelines for delivery and fitting.
The fitting crew were magnificent. Did a great job fitting the new door.
Overall, a fantastic experience. A really great product and excellent service all round.

We had an issue with our kitchen door in that the lock jammed. We contacted Sherborne Windows and gave them the details of the issue. Within 4 hours an engineer was round and had fixed the problem.

The guys finished the installation of our bungalow front and back doors today, replacing some really battered 35 yr old doors!. I cannot praise them highly enough, they were thorough, attentive and professional throughout the day. Looking at the completed job just before writing this, its clear they did a very good install of both doors. The administration since first contact with the Company has also been exemplary, no matter who we dealt with. Keep doing what you do, and how you do it Sherborne, because its spot on :)

The Fitters were professional, polite, friendly and I am very happy with the result.

Our tenants reported the fitting process was seamless with great quality product , and fitting team that were very obliging and extremely tidy , clearing away every evidence of the fitting ……. Excellent work!

I’m very happy with the product quality and price - I purchased custom made PVC/ glass patio doors, kitchen door and windows. From start to finish the process was handled extremely well. The measurements were precise and the installation was outstanding. Lee and Chris were polite and friendly and worked like demons to get the job done. They removed and disposed of the decades old product (1925 built house) and took great care to make sure the finish outside and inside was matched (only small paint touch ups needed). They even reinstalled Bailey’s cat flap! I would highly recommend this company.
