Shinesty provides high quality underwear at an affordable cost. Their customer service has been great in my experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to step up their underwear game.

3 weeks. Never received. Don't respond to DMs on social media, no way to track order and no way to contact company. SCAM

We've been happy customers for years. I started with a subscription for my husband for the ball hammocks. Fun prints and comfortable material. Now that his undie drawer is jam packed (like his hammocks 🤭😅), I have switched to the women's subscription. Customer service is quick, efficient and friendly. Ichi was awesome

This company is a great company. My husband wanted these underwear about a year ago so i got the membership an tried it out. I now order my underwear and socks here. The underwear are so comfortable feels like your not even wearing underwear. They dont ride up thru the day which is awesome, so far they aren't stretched out either. The socks are so very soft dont stretch out either. I even like there customer service fast and easy to talk with. If you haven't tried them you should try them at least once your husband's will appreciate it alot and so will you....

I emailed customer support because I could not find out how I started my subscription and the agent, who was not given a lot of info to go off of, somehow found my account. Turns out I used an email for myself the didn’t even exist and they changed it for me with no issue. I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out so I could modify my subscription. Thanks to the very helpful customer support agent, my day has been made. This is such a great company. My husband honestly has too many pairs of y’all’s underwear but he won’t let me cancel the subscription haha.

Great customer service

Top-notch customer service! I had a return credit from a while back (because I didn't read the return exchange policy) and lost the email with the code. It was time to place an order again, and Tin, Odd Ball Agent, was able to look up my account and resend my code. Quick and friendly from start to end!

Tin was great fixed my order with the prints I wanted since the ones on there were out of stock. 10/10

Was a little sad when I made an order on the 3rd and its the 16th and it hasn't arrived. I reached out to customer support via chat and they had a new order shipped In less than 5 mins. My original package got lost in transit. Definitely happy with how they handled the situation and how fast and easy it was.

Ordered these for my bf. The first ones he didn't like the fit. The second they charged my card for so I went and picked out a pair he liked. They sent an ugly pair he didn't want. Decided he'd wear them at home. He went to put them on and they ripped.

Great Customer Service- I had a problem with an item out of stock and resolved everything and getting my replacement soon. Agent assistance was Tin and this agent is excellent?! I have been a subscriber off and on for over 2 years. I usually get so many that I must pause my subscription ordering. Most comfortable boxer briefs and hold up fantasticly!

In the years that I've had my underwear subscription I've only had one issue and that just came up with USPS losing my monthly underwear in February. They took care of it and are reshipping it out lickety split. One of my favorite brands by far for both quality of product and quality of service.
