I haven't known about this brand for very long, but it has truly pleasantly surprised me. A few days ago, I ordered a couple of pairs of boxers for my boyfriend for his birthday, and I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the brand, and they resolved my issue very quickly. Their customer service is the best. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have so much fun with the seasonal themed underwear.. I love surprising him with a fun holiday pair for the current month! We have also gifted this to others and they have loved them!
An added bonus that goes so far is their customer service. I had already been billed cause I had forgotten to skip so sent them a message.. they refunded me and sent a kind message to go with it. Love this company!

First off - Shinesty makes the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. I can't say enough good things about them. I was a little skeptical at the subscription thing, but I have no regrets so far.
Second, I had a small glitch setting up my account and had trouble logging in. I used the customer service chat, and they literally had the problem solved in a few seconds. (Thanks Ichi!) A+

Had an issue with shipping on my first order and contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to get my issue corrected. Normally most companies you have to fight and provide SO much information to get the problem fixed but all I needed to do was provide my shipping address and another order was created in no time. Customer service is terrific!!!

I love shinesty! The only reason I had to cancel was for personal financial issues. My hope is to rejoin again someday. We have so many !

1st of all, since purchasing the product. I have only received the order number, NOT the all-important tracking number. "Start bugging your mail man" ? Yeah it doesn't work like that. Also, i found it difficult to cancel my subscription. It was very roundabout and complicated, laced with like 3 "are you sure? What if we?" Traps.

. Not straightforward at all. Also, i tried to get through to customer service chat and it said "back in 4 minutes". When it got down to one minute, i looked and there STILL wasn't a button to start the chat. Couldn't get much worse, right? Well buckle in. The complaint text box doesn't have a send button. Nope nope.

I have never had a problem go unsolved or not corrected by Shinesty! And the fabric they use is Fantastic! I have been a loyal fan/customer for 5 years now and recommend Everyone give them a try!

Besides the outstanding products they offer they provide some of the best customer service out there today. I had an issue and it was immediately resolved.

Great product; super comfy and high quality. I will never go back to my cheap Target underwear again, these are so worth the extra money. Best underwear I've ever worn; far and above fruit of the loom and haines, way better than Goodfellow, psd, and meundies.

Customer service is done right every time. I've had a couple shopping issues that were resolved quickly and easily, and when I wanted to add to my subscription and later cancel my subscription they helped me do exactly what I wanted done. No pushy sales offers to get me to stay when I cancelled, and when I was changing it they helped me figure out how to add other sizes and styles without messing up my regular subscription.

I will be a customer and subscriber again, I just have a lot of underwear right now and don't need any for a while.

Great customer service, fun and comfortable products. Solved my problem with a mistake order very fast.
