Charlie was tremendously helpful throughout the process, clearly explaining how diamonds are graded, and giving clear and transparent feedback to our questions. He spent a lot of time responding to our queries and managed to find us a great deal. Would really recommend.

I was looking at engagement rings online and came across these guys Julianne From the Hatton Gardens store contacted me and helped me all the way communication was truly amazing all the way through! After receiving the ring back up in the midlands the customer care she gave me was outstanding! I had to have the ring resized and she made it all happen! Communication with her was really easy, specially if you are overseas and went above and beyond to assist me remotely.
