I bought my engagement ring upgrade via online with shining diamonds , and then used the WhatsApp messaging system to follow the making of it every step of the way . A lovely lovely lady called Julianne Y looked after me through it all , and when I say she has gone above and beyond for me would be an understatement! She was and is wonderful and amazing at what she does. If I had a problem or I needed the ring tweaked , nothing was to much trouble . I 100% recommend shining diamonds and if you’re lucky enough, you might just get Julianne Y looking after you ! Thank you so much ! X

I bought my wedding ring from Shining Diamonds having scoured the internet and finding they offered (by far) the best value for money. To be honest, I’d left it quite late, so I went into the Brighton store and showed Bronnie the ring I was after from the website - the delivery date was approx 4 weeks and I wanted to be sure it would arrive in time. Bronnie couldn’t have been more helpful; contacting the warehouse team and confirming that it would arrive no later than the week before my wedding. I still wanted to take advantage of the PayPal pay-in-3 option offered on the website, so Bronnie sent me a personal payment link on WhatsApp which allowed this. Once confirmed, I was kept updated on the progress of the ring and diamond setting process and as soon as it was ready for collection I was able to run down to the store and pick it up with the flash. Most importantly, the ring was everything I’d wanted and more - even better than the website photos and absolutely perfect (the fit, the diamond, the finish). Anyone giving poor reviews seem to either be confusing ShiningDiamonds with another company or be at fault themselves! Thank you to the whole ShiningDiamonds team who helped create the perfect wedding ring for me and a special thanks to Bronnie for being so helpful and hyping me and my wife up for the wedding!

There was no hard sell or pressure at any moment during our visit, and having listened to what we wanted Eleanor was able to make a recommendation which was just perfect! Bought a beautiful diamond pendant from the Brighton store. The recipient was very pleased with her present and we had unknowingly managed to matched it with another piece of jewellery also bought there. Joby was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us, showing us various different items until we settled on the one we wanted.

I almost brought an eternity ring which was double the price in New York. So glad I found this shop I happened into at Hatton garden. Elenor was brilliant ! She listened & guided me through the experience- and the result is breathtaking! My stomach flipped when I saw it. Very professional team I’d recommend going in person before buying something off a website or other shop so you can get a quote.
