Look forward to haveing some rings that are plain gold bands with engraved flowers.instead of latace work & false stones

For the first time in many years ,I had to return a bracelet,which I realised would not be a suitable gift.
I telephoned the customer service department on receipt of the item. I was given instructions of
how and where to return (free of charge) the item. On receipt of the parcel , a member of the customer service department telephoned to ascertain my card details to refund my money. The whole thing was carried out in their usual professional and friendly manner.

A very promt service, friendly person on the telephone and quality goods. Unsure of date ordered.

Beautiful necklace, arrived quickly in a beautiful presentation box. I have problems fastening necklaces now because of arthritis in my hands, but this one slips easily over my head. So it's easy to wear and looks fabulous. Thank you.

The website is easy to navigate with excellent illustrations. But the quality and beauty of the bracelets in real life go above and beyond the photos on screen or in the brochure. I am very pleased with my purchase. Items are packaged beautifully. My only concern was the length of time it took to arrive, 10 days. The website says to allow 7 to 14 days but it is unusual for online merchants to take this long these days. It’s a small quibble on my part. If I could give four and three quarters stars I would do so!

Beautiful jewellery, I have bought online and instore in in bowness on windermere, the assistant was really very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with, the quality of the jewellery is beautiful and the prices are very good. I also ordered a gift online to be sent to the recipient and the service was excellent. I also look out for older pieces which are quite stunning and well worth buying as shipton &co produce some unique pieces. I highly recommend them.

I made the order by post. I waited and waited then I sent an email to enquire who much longer I would have to wait. It took approx another 10days. Like the merchandise but I don't rate the admin and delivery service

I first heard of them when one of their catalogues was delivered with junk mail over 10 years ago. In the beginning I used to recycle the catalogues as I thought them 'too posh' with prices out of my range, however in 2013/14 following Cancer diagnosis and major surgery, plus an exit package from previous employer, I'd decided to thank my family for their love and support by saying they could choose something from the company (within reason 😉)
I've had nothing but excellent service from them from repairing rings I'd originally bought from them to them contacting me whenever the size of ring wasn't available and not being able to size up/down the nearest size due to how the ring was designed e.g not a single band etc, allowing me to swap in totally different rings instead and refunding or making arrangements to pay the difference.
They are my go-to when I need a boost 💝

Looked after me well and helped to make the purchase simple with their knowledge of the products. Goods arrived very quickly and in plenty of time for my wife's birthday. Something a little special that you don't find in the shops.

Ordered on line, said would take 7/14 days didn't realise it was working days so sent email saying needed by Saturday (24th) took 2 days to reply and just going through system which wasn't really a reply sent another email saying if they could not guarantee delivery I would cancel order it was posted out on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday, so our twin granddaughters got there 21st Birthday presents on time.

As usual the goods arrived on time and were perfect. I always find Shiptons a good company to deal with.

I have purchased several pieces from you kin the last couple of years and they have always equalled myself and my wife's expectation. The service is good and up to the brochure's description.
