Decent shoes and if you just skip paying the monthly fee each month, having a VIP account is beneficial. My issue is the inconsistent sizing. I order on shoedazzle because I wear size 12 and it's hard to find cute shoes with big feet. Recently the sizing has been inconsistent. Especially with their heels, they are waaaaay too skinny and they need a wide option for heels (even though I don't have to wear wide in normal size 12 shoes). My rating is so low because I consistently have issues with returns. I send an item back and do not hear from the company from weeks so I have to go and contact them about the return and then it is a hassle because even if you have proof via tracking info an order was sent, you need the receipt from the place you sent the order. Recently someone told me I needed email confirmation when I sent the item for return at the post office and it is not connected to my email. Very weird and inconvenient return system. I understand there are scammers, but if that is the case make an easier system within your company to track returns so people do not have to contact you about it. I had to speak to 4 different people who gave me 4 different pieces of information. One lied and said the order was refunded when it wasn't.

I have been with Shoedazzle since 2013
I have been with Shoedazzle since 2013. I get 95% of my shoes from them. The quality is excellent! If for some reason you have a problem they will do everything they can to make it right. I love the clothing also. I prefer to buying online for the convenience. I love seeing the my own line showroom every month.

What happened…
The fact that we are paying $50 a month and when I finally decide to purchase something, my size is not available in 95% of the items. The accessories and clothing are nothing like they used to be when I first started using this site. The products don’t look good to me anymore.

Shoe dazzle has changed for the worse
I’ve been a member for many years and Shoedazzle doesn’t have cute shoes and clothes any more. I will be canceling my subscription after I use my credits.

First, there are never any cute shoes in my size (10 to 11) Second, if the shoe is $14 when you put it in the cart why does it just to $29 when you go to check out?
This site needs better selections, more inventory is larger sizes and better explanation of pricing.

"Stuck in Limbo: My Long Wait for a $279.65 ShoeDazzle Refund Since 2020"
I have been waiting since 2020 to received my refund. It seems that its taken so long that the card I used is no longer valid and I'm waiting on them to issue the refund. I actually spoke to there chat representative and she gave me the amount owed and the date filed. [$279.65] VIP credits and it was filed last 3/19/20 8:00 AM
I do not see a way to respond to your message below, however we already have an open case and dialogue through the BBB. I have already uploaded the entire transcript of the online chat response stating this was owed to me. I'm just waiting on the check to be issued. Thanks

The email says your VIP Membership has been canceled. I can not get into my account. We have already been responding via BBB and now via Trust Pilot. I'm not sure what else you want me to do.
Can you just show your customers that you are an ethical company and just refund the money you already acknowledge is owed to me, please?
