They used to be good but now it’s a total rip off and poor quality. You used to be able to use your VIP points on multiple product up until $50. Now you only can use it for one product and much of them are below what you paid into the membership. TERRIBLE COMPANY

This was a subscription I used to love

This was a subscription I used to love. However, their VIP subscription and choices for product has severely gone down overtime. I don't review things often, but this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

It's unfair that VIP credits expire because if there's nothing in their collection I'm drawn to purchase, why should I be forced to buy something I don't desire? I've had multiple credits over the years expire unknowingly because 1) I was never notified they were expiring 2) I stopped checking the website because of the lack of selection within their collections and 3) It's a process to get my account cancelled.

Customer Service is a joke. It's been 2 days and I still haven't hear from anyone. In March, I was charged but their site was down and I couldn't skip. I messaged their online chat and sent an e-mail with screenshots of my issue. I was charged, no one reached out to me via email and now when I log in, I'm down to 1 credit instead of my 2.

I'm just going to take the loss and cancel my entire account because I doubt they're going to refund me or give me my credits back. I'm hoping won't be such a nightmare but it seems like a pipe dream at this point considering this has been my experience thus far.

I had nothing but a positive experience with shoe dazzle every item was always delivered on time the shoes were always amazing as pictured the right size good quality. I have no complaints the help if I ever needed was always fast and friendly never had a negative experience with them

I’ve had a good experience with ShoeDazzle overall. They offer a wide variety of trendy and stylish shoes, bags, and clothing at reasonable prices, especially with the VIP membership. The designs are modern and fashionable, and most of the items I received looked exactly like the pictures.

Lost my shoes! Poor Customer Service

I have been a ShoeDazzle customer since 2010, and this is by far the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have ever had with this company.

I placed an order on December 7 for three pairs of shoes for my daughter. I fully understood that it was the holiday season and that delivery delays were possible. What I did NOT expect was complete incompetence, zero accountability, and weeks of being ignored.

Their third-party delivery partner, UniUni, could not even locate my package. When I contacted UniUni on December 18, I was told to contact ShoeDazzle. When I followed up again on December 24, the response was the same. No answers. No tracking clarity. No ownership.

I immediately began emailing ShoeDazzle and have continued to do so every single week. Each time, I was asked for my name, email address, and phone number even though I was emailing directly from the same account and had already provided this information in my first message. Repeating this request over and over made me genuinely concerned that my account had been compromised or that my emails were not being read at all.

I also attempted to call customer service, despite their claim of 24/7 support, and the phone would not connect. It was not until January 15 that I finally spoke to a live person.

I was told my items would be resent but when I asked if shipping would be prioritized due to the extended delay, lack of communication, and failure of their delivery partner, I was told no.

That response was insulting. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over nearly 15 years, consistently and loyally. The refusal to prioritize a replacement shipment after this level of failure shows a complete disregard for long-term customers.

This experience has permanently damaged my trust in ShoeDazzle. I will be posting this review everywhere until accountability and meaningful resolution are taken seriously.

They keep removing my Vip credits I had 6 of them now I go to my account I have 0 and my years of enrollment disappeared and now still no credit I get the promise of a email fallow up in 3 days and nothing. I strongly suggest you keep your money and do not spend with them.

From 10 years loyalty to a 1 star review

I've been a VIP member for nearly a decade. I've referred SD to so many people in the past, and now I regret it immensely. Never had I ever asked the company for a cash refund. In fact, I think I returned one item once many years ago. To keep the story shorter and relevant, I tried making one last purchase in december 2025 and applied all my 9 credits to the 12-13 items in my cart and the final total should add up to no more than $60. However, with no breakdown of the final amount, it kept showing a final total of $200-300 that would change everytime I'd restart the process with no change in items picked or their prices or discounts applied (eventually going down to $175). After not being able to explain the apparent "glitch" in the system, a customer service rep. offered, approved and confirmed in writing a refund for all of my non-expired, paid-for, non-used 9 VIP credits and issued a refund + provided evidence of such for only three, despite my multiple clear requests for evidence of the processing of the remaining 6. The full refund for all nine was confirmed by the rep twice in writing but she could never provide any evidence for it. She had no problem removing all 9 credits from my account though (not that reissuing it would solve the matter but just shows how icky the company's behavior has been). After multiple attempts, I sought legal council and had to file a complaint with State attorney general. Thank goodness I was keeping record of everything from even before i contacted customer service to the very last resolution attempt. The exact same happened to a family member's account - same timeline, same rep. And now I'm submitting her claim as well. If something similar happened to you, DO NOT LET THE COMPANY GET AWAY WITH IT! Go after your rights! that's the only way we protect ourselves and others from future misleading practices like this. Shame on SD. IF A CUSTOMER WHO'S PURCHASED FROM THE COMPANY FOR A DECADE IS TELLING YOU NOT TO TRUST THEM, PLEASE BELIEVE IT.

Years ago this company was pretty decent. Over the years they have pinched more and more into unfair trade practices, price switching, and major hidden fees. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you more than you will know! Literally!

Money Launderers

Money Launderers
I am trying to login to skip the month but since two months i am not able to login. I tried to contact customer care by phone, chat and email but no response. This people are such money launders. I had to lock my credit card so that i don't charge this month. Never ever go with Shoe dazzle or Justfab. Initially you will see all good but they will show there true colors after sometime. Their shoes quality is also garbage.

My account was on hold until they changed their policy. They took my account off hold without informing me and then stole money out of my bank account. I called to speak with someone. They assured me if a refund. I never received it. I called on 10/10/25, 10/14/25, 10/20/25 & 10/24/25 about the same account and the same refund I did not receive. This company stole my money and thinks it’s ok to blow me off with “we are researching” the account someone will contact you. My money was stolen! Taking money out of my account when my account is on hold for 3 months is called stealing!

Horrible they charged be on Oct 3.2025 when I had until the 5th to "skip the month." I called that day and was assured a refund within 5-7 days. Listen to your tape the recorded call then when I didn't receive I emailed several times called twice and did the chatbox several times each time getting different answers its a good thing i made copies because one rep named "Maria" told me it was processed and put in my account already it is now Oct 29.2025 and I am still waiting.

Horrible

Would give negative if possible. Garbage quality and they randomly take money out of your account for things not ordered. Impossible to talk to them send message nothing. Impossible to try to cancel account. Horrible highly recommend not joining!!!! Very upset I don't like theives.

The rules have changed with clearance…

The rules have changed with clearance items since I have been a member over 10 years. I had credit available and do not understand why I had to pay anything out of pocket. No worries , once I use the rest of my credit I will be canceling this subscription.
