I ordered two pairs of matching shoes and they sent a completely different random pair of shoes for one of them.

They asked for pictures to show what I received in order to process a refund and then when I sent them in they just never responded to the emails and completely ghosted me stealing the money and never delivering the actual product.

I sent 5 more emails and called constantly over the course of months and I couldn't get any customer support on the line after ever and now I'm just another victim of their theft and scam.

They had false advertising on their website. When I received the item, it was not at all like the description or picture, and when I called to get a refund the person argued with me, and finally said that I could return it for a full refund (without the restocking fee).But never sent a follow up email with the information on how to get a full refund, I do not trust them to refund any money, so I had to keep the item.

Do yourself a favor... stay away. They do not answer emails or customer service calls. I had to pay return shipping for a refund that I NEVER received.

Terrible sells fakes! They are untrustworthy and sell fake shoes. Then they don’t answer the phone ! Second time I’ve seen them scam somebody ! Torrance location has fake sneakers and ships fake shoes/items.

The worse experience ever a buddy told me they were legit. Order some gamma 12s on Dec 13th still haven’t arrived I sent numerous emails as well as called them no return backs or anything this am I paid 18 bucks extra for shipping don’t waste your time or money shop else were

Legitimately so awful. Do not order from their online site. They cancelled half my order and the other half took a literal eternity to ship. Also the return policy is AWFUL. They do not take online order returns in store which like…why? And you have to ship it back to them and wait a lifetime to get a fraction of your money back. Awful costumer service, can’t talk to anyone online/on the phone. Workers in the store have no idea about the online policies and how the website work. Shoe palace more like shoe hell, never ordering from them again.

I've placed multiple orders with Shoe Palace and never had a problem. They are actually my go to for foamposite releases. I placed an order on the 15th of December, its a Xmas present. It still hasn't shipped. I placed another order on the 19th of December and it shipped that same day. Is this company a scam? No not at all They are actually good when they are on the ball. The customer service is garbage. Its non existing. Ive emailed them about my order multiple time with no response back. I've even tried to call the number on their site. I have been calling it all day and its constantly busy. I really liked this spot. I've bought a half a dozen pairs of foamposites and never had an issue but I grade a company on how it handles mistakes and this comoamy handles their mistakes poorly, actually they dont even handle them. I guess they leave it to the consumer to fix it. I am going to have to take time out of my busy day to call my bank and have them cancel the order I placed on the 15th. Most of all its a Christmas Present that isn't going to be under the tree thanks to Shoe Palace!

Ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size been trying to get in contact with someone for months. No one has emailed me back or called me. I have brought several pairs of shoes. How can I order one size but you send me a whole half size wrong and shoes are too big. Will never get my business again! Horrible Customer service all around

I ordered something the 5th and said it be here the 10th and haven’t received anything not even an update on a delivery date have reached out to customer support multiple times and they never answer or email back. I would not recommend ordering from their website. It has been the worse experience I ever had ordering things and all I ordered was a jacket for a Christmas present and don’t even know if it’s going to be here on time.

as a new customer to this site, I was trying to see if 'welcome' coupons were available for either a percentge off or 'free shipping' NOTHING!! not willing to help at all. Unfortunately, they lost a sale. This time of year most companies are more than willing to help with discounts to ensure sales. Sorry, customer service was terrible.

If I could give below one star I would shoepalace.com has in the recent months become absolutely worthless. They take forever to either confirm or ship your order. Then once they confirm it, they just canceled it without any notice if you don’t have the product don’t confirm it and then they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again we have 3 to 5 business days to ship it and will let you know after that I will never ever ever order from this website or company again like I don’t even think I’m gonna go to their stores anymore because they are so rude and inconsiderate. I ordered some UGGs for my daughter‘s birthday. They could care less whether we get them or not who knows if they’re ever gonna ship them and to even get them to cancel my order and give me my money back is like an act of Congress don’t order from shoepalace.com if you don’t want to be upset and don’t want your order canceled.

Costumer service was great, store was tidy,Noah was the one that helped me shop.

I ordered a size 12 shoe and they sent a C12 (Child). They say it is my fault and between stocking and other fees I would cost me more to return it. I wish I checked the reviews to see what a bad company it is.

They also constant delays and canceled 2 separate orders because the item was not in stock. They never refunded me the item canceled.

Rude staff and they report wrong shipping information. Return policy sucks too. Do not order online from them.

DO NOT ORDER! This company is a scam! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have stolen my money and will not give it back. They delivered an empty shoe box with only paper that goes inside of the shoes. I have contacted fhe BBB as well as the police so they will be investigating them.

You guys charged me 15 cancellation when it took 10 days with no shipping please refund me or I will spread awareness

Shoepalace is genuinely garbage, every review you guys have seen is real, I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't update me on anything for days, and I checked my bank app to see my order be nonexistant! It doesn't even appear as a refund, my money just suddenly appeared back into my account. Trash company buy somewhere else

terrible company, always sends used shoes or the box is completely destroyed, be cautious.

An absolute Joke of a business. Maybe the in person stores are better but the online store/customer support is an absolute joke. Every time I have called, I always get someone with attitude. Their "inventory" is at best, a general "idea" of what they once had. They will have a particular size "in stock", for weeks. But, when you order it, it takes up to 5 days for them to cancel the order update their "online inventory" for a day to show its out of stock. Check back a few days later, it's back in stock! I called to make sure that it was INDEED in stock, their associate promises it was so I gave them another chance and surprise surprise, my order was canceled 5 days later. ABSOLUTELY SKETCHY BUSINESS

Heed the other warnings - this place is a scam. I'm so thankful something told me to secure another pair from a much larger retailer after I ordered from here because they canceled my order over 24 hours after placing and the shoe is now sold out everywhere. Even the slightest Google search will show you there are more unhappy customers than happy ones. I don't get how stores like this are even in the sneaker game, let alone still in business. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and keep it movin.
