I will NOT be ordering from Shoe Palace EVER AGAIN. First of all, shipping is ridiculously TOO HIGH. I placed a $150 order, and shipping was $28. Ridiculous. Then, one of the items they sent was DIRTY! I want to send this item back, but it will cost MORE THAN THE ACTUAL ITEM TO DO THAT, SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A DIRTY DEFECTIVE ITEM! How do you not check items for defects before you ship it?? Only reason I can think of is they DONT CARE. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER, THEY ONLY VALUE MONEY AND MAKING A PROFIT. Terrible customer service
I have two different sizes shoes and I have already emailed them 3 times and no response and my other two packages are in Limbo. This is so frustrating because I have to pay for shipping back to shoe palace for they're mistake plus it's additional restocking fees which I shouldn't have to pay so I need some kind of clarity from Shoe palace because this is ridiculous and I can't take it back to one of their stores. They won't accept the shoe cause I ordered the shoe online but I purchased 6 items but it's coming from 6 different locations so I won't be shopping at this establishment ever and I'm sharing my experience so you're informed about this inconsiderate business practices
Shoe palace at Main Place sucks
Shoe palace at Main Place sucks. Went in to the store three employees were chatting away, nobody bothered to greet us. Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to reach out and help us but they didn't move from the register. Finally we went to them to show us some shoes, bad attitude when we asked to see some selections. When we finally made our decision, cashier didn't bother to look up at us. Another employee had to open the register to help us out.

I contacted FedEx who in return told me since shoe palace used smart post they have to file a claim, the problem is getting in contact with shoe palace, the better business bureau need to ban this company, heck just read the reviews, this company doesn’t have any customer support whatsoever, buyer beware, run as fast as you can. Jordan XI Legend Blues
I ordered 1 pair of Jordan XI “Legend Blues” on 12/14/24 the shoes didn’t even sell out fast, i got a confirmation and all and they cancelled my order the next day in the afternoon for no reason!
Deliberately shipped damaged product
I ordered shoes as a gift for my son. The shoe box was substantially damaged and taped (shipping box was fine). Shoe Palace deliberately shipped a damaged box. Customer service has not replied to my email regarding the damaged box.
Update 12/25/24 - Returned shoes via FedEx including signature confirming receipt of package at Shoe Palace. I have not been refunded for the shoes (which were never removed from the damaged box). Shoes were returned within 14 days.
Shoe Palace dropped the ball on the Kickstradomis drop
Bought 3 pair of a limited (70 dropped) PF Flyers with hand signed, numbered shoe boxes and limited edition art cards in the box. Shoe Palace shipped two of the pairs in plastic bags. Obviously they arrived with boxes destroyed and one of the cards missing. Customer service response "We did nothing wrong with the shipping, why don't we refund your shipping charges." Maybe you should consider making me whole on the order, they said nothing they can do. That's funny because I contacted PF Flyer and they graciously offered to send me two blank shoe boxes and I contacted the artist, Kickstradomis, and he offered to resign the boxes. Yet Shoe Palace said nothing could be done hmmm. I asked them to cover the shipping expenses of sending the boxes back and forth to be signed, they said no!!! If you're spending your hard earned money shop somewhere else that cares.

I don’t write many reviews on here BUT Shoe Palace is a horrible experience in customer service and they completely lack honesty!!!! They don’t honor their own policies demonstrating ZERO integrity and trustworthiness. I purchased a pair of Jordan’s exactly one week ago at the University of Texas Guadalupe location. Clearly the receipt says I can return shoes within 14 days for a refund….In reality when I returned the Jordan’s to the store, again 7 days later, I was told by the employee that they would not issue a refund and they wouldn’t even allow me to simply exchange them for a more comfortable shoe. So I would DEFINITELY not recommend that anyone ever do business with Shoe Palace, at least not the University of Texas location in Austin, TX.
Shoe Palace at Palm Desert Mall, CA
Shoe Palace at Palm Desert mall is horrible. All of the shoe palaces are over priced. I always find my shoes online for cheaper; I mainly would only buy clothing there, but I’ve spent well over $500 in one month alone. The location in Palm Desert, CA was by far the worst experience I ever had at these stores. The manager there is super unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. I even witnessed him being rude to his employees. They also place price tags on things and then ring it up at a different price with no explanation. That is fraud! I will not longer be shopping at shoe palaces stores after my experience and learning about so many others’ bad experiences…they lost a good customer at all locations after that.
Sent two different shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes, which I received. However, one of the shoes looks worn and does not match the other shoe. After multiple emails to customer service and phone calls with no response, it appears I’m giving up because I don’t want to waste any more of my time chasing this. Sounds like I’m taking an L unfortunately. Definitely my last shopping experience with shoe Palace.
