I really wish I checked the reviews before making my order. I am experiencing everything that is written on this site. The shoes is very poor quality and they sent me the wrong size. I ordered size 7 and what I received looks like size 4.I have sent numerous messages to get a refund but I don't think they have a thing called customer service. Everything about them is FAKE. Why are they allowed to trade when they are clearly defrauding the general public. We on this site can't be all wrong. Something should be done to stop this company from trading. This site is generous to award 1 star. My award would be 0.00. No star at all.

I’m a size 40. Ordered size 41 just in case - the shoes were so tight I couldn’t walk in them and my toes were smashed even by trying to put them on. The so called “customer service” told me they’ve sent me the right size so they won’t exchange or accept returns.
I feel sad for them as they don’t seem to be able to make money any other way but through cheating.
If you value your money and feet please don’t use this site, they’ll only give you a headache.

This company is a complete scam. Ordered wrong size of boots, sent them back and then got charged and told they could not take since the box was damaged by their carrier UPS. I have sent a complaint to BBB and they are letting this company conduct this type of bs behavior. I also contacted Walmart and they have cut ties with this company since October. It is unbelievable that this business is allowed to stay in business with the multiple complaints. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

GENUINE FAKE LEATHER! No support,slips off heels when you walk ,like a slipper! There is not enough instep! Not recommend for crippled or old!

Please do not order anything from this company like all the others ordered trainers never received them got an e mail they had been delivered and they have taken money from my account. And to top it all off they put my mobile number at the bottom of their page which now I have to go and get a new phone and change my number. Avoid DELHIMANALITOUR.com at all costs. fraud squad now involved.

DO NOT touch this co. With a barge pole. I ordered a pair of “cosy, real leather red boots” and received hard, uncomfortable and flimsy boots nothing like photo. They are also too tight so I can’t even wear them to take the rubbish out! I tried to get a refund but no can do. Everything I said was refuted by them. If I had to send them back it would be to China with me paying the cost. For £30 I paid I’m not losing any more. Please take heed folks and avoid. I feel better after my rant and to know any readers will not buy from them.

Terrible...Scam worst quality shoes I've ever seen. Dont buy from this site. Wish I could leave pictures of the sandal I received they are plastic!!!! Probably worth 2bucks if that. Took me for 50$

Very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a pair of sandals which took 9 weeks to arrive and then were not the same as advertised. I returned them at a cost of £11.25 for shipping and they are refusing to give me me a refund. Disgusting company, would not purchase again.

I ordered a pair of sandals 2 month's ago and still haven't received them and don't think i ever will, I've sent numerous emails and get told the same thing over and over, I've asked for a refund but never got an answer, this company is a SCAM and would advise no one to order from them, I've also reported it to trading standards!!

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!! Absolutely horrified about their customer services and the crappy material used to make the trainers I purchased. I wish I had read this site before purchasing them as it would have saved me £ and headache. Have now sent 15 emails to them about returning the item and rang the number on their site which is just an answer phone so no one actually calls back. Why is this company at still allowed to trade?!?

SCAM...SCAM...they have my money but have not sent my order....lots of bad reviews...they should be closed down....do NOT buy from them....

I ordered some shoes which didnt fit and I was asked to pay for the returns which I did - sent Keeptor proof of it's receipt and its been a MONTH but they havent refunded my money. All in all I have lost £100+ ! It's a scam, please dont fall for it!!

I order some shoes from this site about a month ago, they stated that they delivered it thru FedEx, FedEx never delivered my order on the day they state that it was delivered. I tried contacting customer service, they kept saying UPS delivered it, but in the order it states FedEx, i tried to bring this issue to customer service, they haven’t replied.

I have not received my shoes, the tracking no is wrong, i have emailed several times, no reply, wish i have read the reviews.

Six weeks waiting the tracking number does not exist i have continually asked for a refund and haven't got it paid with debit card do not buy if this company it is a scan and should be exposed as one

How on earth is this company still allowed to trade. I ordered 2 pairs of trainer shoes from them on the 27th July. I never received them. Twice they fobbed me off with saying, due to covid there may be a delay. Then they said they had delivered to the wrong address. The tracking numbers weren’t correct, and the telephone number to contact them was the Savoy hotel in London. Luckily I had paid through PayPal and raised issues with them. I have just received my money back. Never again will I try and purchase anything from this dodgy company.

Do Not Deal with this company.....Hersgardern shoes, ordered some early August,a week or so later they sent me some tracking info which showed already delivered through my letterbox ? (Not Possible) I have asked several times now for an update from them and each time they say " Please be patient, and have a nice day"

Rec’d a pair of shoes from Shoes.com today & one was an 8N & one was an 8M. Two calls to cust. serv. & then talking to a “supervisor” & no help at all. I had to do so much work to send these back that it wasn’t worth it. They absolutely wouldn’t send me another pair of the correct size-8N. Will not buy from them again!
