Received my shoes within six days in The Netherlands.
They were properly and carefully packed (with attention - in a way you don't see often anymore in The Netherlands, especially not when ordering on line) with a handwritten note included. Nice!

Previously I have owned four pairs of Ecco Chiltern shoes over the the last 20 years. .My recent purchase of another type of ECCO shoe from Shoes International has been the same very satisfactory experience.

Slippers took a little longer to arrive than expected (delay at manufacturers?) but are excellent and at a good price.

I have bought a pair of shoes. The goods were delivered quickly (1 business day). Unfortunately the shoes did not fit my feet shape and had to return them. The funds were credited to my account as soon as the company received back the shoes.

I got quick responses to my order. Unfortunately two of the styles proved to be unavailable in my size, after they had been shown online as being in stock.
However, what I was was able to order came through quickly and well packaged. They were happy for me to check a different size before deciding which size to return and they processed my refund for items returned very quickly too. There was also good phone service when I needed to speak to someone.

Web site is easy to use, and excellent communications via email regarding delivery timelines, etc.

Ordered these slippers for my other half as a treat. Lovely style and color. Nice and comfy for his feet.

The shoes I ordered were out of stock so were ordered from France. I was informed of the remaining choice of colours in the same style that were in stock by friendly email and my order was received very quickly.

I ordered UK 9.5 shoes but was sent USA 9.5 = UK 9!
Profuse apologies from customer care and replacements sent after I had returned wrong size. Then slow to refund my return postage but all ended well after phone calls. Would use again.

I've been wearing this slipper for over 20 years and they are the best slipper you can own.
