I ordered 2 pairs of Mephisto Helen sandals. The first was dispatched straight away and the second wasn't in stock but followed a couple of weeks later. I was kept in formed of how long I'd need to wait and given an option of cancelling if I wasn't happy. I am very pleased with the service.

Shoes international stock an excellent range of shoes/makes for someone like me with tricky feet who wants to look good. Lady on the phone friendly, helpful like good old fashioned shop service used to be. So felt at home. They use Royal Mail which is useful as if no one at home the shoes get left at a nearby post office.

At last a pair of shoes that are both good to look at and comfy and sent by a person who is interested in people and doesn't just" do her job"

I've bought sandles from shoes international for a number of years. They are much cheaper than on the high street specialist shop (london) and I cannot find them locally. The sandal I like often has to be sourced from the manufacturer and can take a bit longer to arrive but customer service keep me fully informed. I have been impressed with the service.

I've used Shoes International a number of times & I find the service very useful - they have a good range - especially for wide fittings, are prompt with information eg if a supplier has stopped making a model & returns are also easy.

I'll keep using them & happily recommend them.
