Even with a wait for stock from Germany I was informed at every.stage of the status of my order. Came sooner than the estimated wait and even had a hand written message in the parcel. The shoes? Quality, comfort and excellent value.

I bought two pairs of Ecco sandals at the end of the season. They were cheaper than elsewhere and arrived very promptly. So long as you know your size this is the easiest way to buy footwear. Would recommend this company.

A saving of £20 on the high street price of a pair of DMs - what more could you ask for ? Good communications ? Yep, got it. Good delivery info ? Yep, got it. Easy ordering ? Yep, got it. Decent website ? Yep, got it. Only thing lacking is trying them on before you buy, but hey, theres a high street out there for that. Won't hesitate to use again.

Very happy with my beautiful new slippers which arrived safely and promptly. Liked the little handwritten note that was included I the box, it was a nice personal touch.

The shoes were reasonably priced, and although they were listed at 3-5 days for delivery they actually arrived on the second day. There was a friendly handwritten courtesy note from the dispatcher inside, a personal touch that made a significant positive difference to my experience. As the shoes I ordered were not available I telephone the helpline, the lady I spoke to offered me an alternative colour, which I excepted. Also the half sizes make all the difference as I have an inbetween size. Seems a prefessional company. I ordered shoes (Ecco) not immediately available, and had to be sourced from Denmark. I was advised this would be under 4 weeks and happy with this for the paricular model. In the event delivery was within 2 weeks. Well wrapped and free delivery. A very good service.
