The shoes I ordered arrived earlier than tracker stated.
They are perfect fit and so light in weight and comfortable.

The presentation of my shoes was excellent, but unfortunately were not suitable for my feet.
The only criticism I have is paying postage to receive and return which is deducted off my refund!! I find now most company’s do not charge any postage with free delivery.... this

Great service from shoetique and a prompt delivery. Am between sizes on footwear so asked them the question whether best to go up or down. They replied first thing next morning and were extremely helpful. Would definitely use again.

I ordered some sandals for a holiday but they didn't arrive in time. I asked Shoetique if I could have my money back as they hadn't appeared to turn up. They were brilliant and refunded me right away ... then ... the shoes DID turn up and I contacted them to say that I now decided to keep them and I needed to pay. I dealt with the amazing Kate, who said fine and we'll give you a 20% discount too! They were super helpful and super speedy. Definitely use them again.Really great people.

Lovely shoes help with bad feet when on them for a 13 hour shift had a half size down from other makes well worth the money
