Always delivered on time! Great service and good prices.

Sent me a more expensive item without getting my consent or approval. Process the 'more expensive' payment per direct debit after order fulfilment. And they refuse to take return. Total infringement of EU rules of consumer protection, so better stay away from such dodgy company.

Easy to order, fast delivery, the products descriptions are very detailed.

I bought my oder and I was impressed with the delivery.

I ordered something and it arrived quite late (after I needed it.) It was very complicated to get in touch with their customer service but once I did, then they kindly agreed to accept the return. Product returned... 4 months later ... still no refund. They claim their logistics team can't find the package even though I can provide them with the proof from the post office that the package arrived...

Very Good experience on shopping.

Products ok and nicely packed but terrible delivery service.
Took over a week to deliver the pack, when I investigated by mail I was told „they cant find my order“, full stop. (Although I replied to my order confirmation, so that was quite a joke)

Works well. They should just give more updates on the shipping status.

Awful service. I never received an item I ordered and they would argue with me back and forth about it claiming the postman left the order at the storage- there is no storage where I live! I asked for a refund and they refused. Unprofessional and anti-customer orientated. Avoid unless you want to loose your money.

I ordered goods on the 28th Feb and received an email suggesting the Hermes could not find my address in the middle of Berlin !!!
Not just once but three times.....!!!!!!

I sent them Google Map location and photos of the building that anyone just couldn't miss... I did offer to send the driver instructions in Braille however, I have not heard back.
6 days later and I am still waiting on my refund.

For a German company (based in Holland) this is a pathetic effort to win returning customers.

Won't ever give them the pleasure again...!!!

Ich habe die Kundenservice angerufen und für 14 minutten warten. Dan habe Ich gesagt: "Hallo, mein name ist Mads Hemmingsen. Erstmal, sprechen Sie Englisch? Dan habe ich eine "pffft" gehört und die mitarbeiter anzeihgt.

Yes, I live in Germany. No I do not speak perfect German (or write for that matter... my apologies for mistakes). However, when I call customer service, and ask nicely and politely if they speak English, the least they can do is say no and then I will do my best in German. You do NOT just hang up the phone.

This is embarrassing and unprofessional behavior. Apparently, you never learned the word SERVICE.
