They don't even deserve one star. One star for them is praise! People say it is the worst service one can get. I disagree; there is no service at all. They are all dead.
This company needs to shut down and be done with, and whoever works (obviously not working) there should never be allowed to work anywhere else.
Telling about my awful experience will not change anything. I will never ever use them because I genuinely wish everybody does the same so that eventually, this scam company goes bankrupt.
Scam and Slip
Worst service ever made because of the following:
- They won't tell you about all the items that get rejected by your country customs authority.
- No hotline to talk to anyone from their employees. The only to reach out to them is by creating a request, and you'll end up getting a templated reply. Moreover, the employee using that template will close the ticket right away without making sure you get the support/info you need.
- Awful clearance team with no way to reach out to them.
- They don't respect their customers or take their issues seriously.
They will lose (or steal) your package…
They will lose (or steal) your package and blame you for not picking it up!!!!
And basically, nothing you can do about it... Try going to their contact page... The only options they have is if you want to edit your profile or deactivate your Mailbox. So they are so perfect, you never need to complain.
I will really think twice before ever using them again.
Disaster service
Disaster service! every day they repeat the same sentence "we have raised a claim and wait for 24 hours to get response from us". The customer call center does not give more information than what you see in your screen! Impossible to reach to their operations management!

Don't fall it is a scam, I tested them with cheap product and they added it to my account, I bought something cost over $900 and boom over 1 month now trying to reach them, with no reply
In there term if you don't claim the product in 7 days they will sell it in auction
Package Sitting for a Month with No Action
There is no way to contact a human to have any issues resolved, at this point I assume I have lost $1000AUD worth of goods. My package has been sitting in Singapore unassigned to my account for almost a month. Their website claim form will not search for my tracking number and I have been waiting for someone to answer my case for weeks. The AU phone number on their website is for the local aramex courier and is completely useless. Customer service is literally non-existent, its infuriating that I can see all the details of my package sitting there and ZERO way of adding it to my account.

Please don't trust this service
Please don't trust this service. They try their best to say any reason & hold your item for some time even without updating the app/web. After ur delivery time passes only ul get to know the delay and ul make an inquiry. Eventually u wont be able to track ur item and will lose it. Real robbers.
Irresponsible customer service
Finally, it happened. The unfortunate experience of using their services, and I must say, was utterly disappointing. Not only did they charge me an exorbitant amount, around $150, but what I received was beyond appalling. My package, containing valuable collectible books, arrived with slashes from a sharp razor running through them. As if that wasn't bad enough, a cherished gift of a drawing art piece from a dear friend was missing, likely deemed as worthless trash and carelessly discarded by whoever handled my package.
To add insult to injury, when I reached out to them to report the damages, it was like shouting into the void. They finally decided to respond after a week, only to promptly dismiss my complaint with a cold email stating it was too late to address the issue. The lack of care, accountability, and basic customer service is simply unforgivable. Needless to say, I will never be using ShopAndShip again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear unless they enjoy throwing their money away on slashed goods and nonexistent support.

Worst company ever especially S&S.works pretty fine once you create an account with them.after few months it turns out to be a total mess. i always had problems with every single package i sent to S&S. last once worth 700 euros of official papers.
am dumb to think aramex will handle it fast. got lost and they offer to compensate back 13 USD (was only the amount of shipping written in invoice)
now i must travel to poland ticket+ re do all official papers
worst of all.if you send anything to S&S France...goes immediately to Prague WHY???????

For the second times in two months, i didn't receive my parcels. I gave them everything they asked but no. Not enough, There is always a delay between the delivered date and when it appears on the account. And now they say, "too late, it's after 7 days". Awful. I will use connected now.

My order was damaged by the Aramex team and they started blaming the supplier even S&S protect useless. I opened tons of cases. Contacted them on Twitter, and Facebook, phone, and emails. They keep blaming the supplier even though they know they are responsible for that. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD
From uae to saudi delivery
I have ordered a watch from UAE to Saudi Arabia with this package forwarding company and i got them kinda on time. The only problem was hidden fees whereby they charge me extra appropriately 50 sar. Customs 367 sar.
Aramex Shop and Ship Nightmare Service
I have never seen a company plummet so much and so fast in their service. Every week, I receive emails that simple items are unacceptable. This is after they have shipped the same or similar items just week prior!! The US office is particularly incompetent. They blocked a shipment of camping cord and called it a book. When I disputed, they said it was 'unacceptable'. To add, they continue to harass over the phone!! On top of all this, there is absolutely no way to complain to any corporate entity. Not sure how this company is allowed to operate since it can literally do anything it wants to its customers without any consequences.
So, for customers in UAE, some incompetent person in US judges without any basis, what they will or will not allow. Then another incompetent team in Jordan will communicate and eventually harass you to accept their decision and pay more to resend the items back to the merchants!!
It is nothing less than a shopping nightmare. I think it would be better to use a mule than Aramex!!
If anyone has other alternatives, I would love to know.
Poor quality goods and useless customer service
The ring I ordered was very poor quality. The engraving was tarnished and illegible and it looked nothing like the images on the website. When I asked for a refund I was told I could keep the ring and have 50% refund. I didn't want this so asked for a full refund and the return address. I was told they would give me the address in 72 hours (!!!!). Unsurprisingly, this wasn't provided.
Obviously, this company have no intention of providing quality goods, decent customer service or refunds.
A complete scam.
Messed up delivery twice
My shipments were messed up twice. Firstly, it was mistakenly shipped to my previous address, despite updating it with Aramex. I had to personally retrieve it. And now, although I’ve made the payment, the app does not reflect it. Wonder what’s happening to this company.
Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such a terrible courier service. My package has been on the way for 3 months (from the Netherlands to Germany). In the meantime, Aramex even sent it to Dubai and back, so now I had to pay customs for it too. It still hasn't reached me. Incredible.
Country Shipping

Service level plummeted. No longer acceptable.
I’ve been using shop and ship for several years. It used to be an excellent service. However it has to be said the service level is now degraded to such an extent I avoid using shop and ship.
For my last three orders, my item has arrived at the origin warehouse and sat there until I chase customer service - I then get a standard ‘your shipment arrived without your account Number and will be delayed’ ie it’s your fault we won’t apologize. In each case my shipments have arrived after a delay with the account number there on the shippers address label clear as day. Pure lies and no Accountability from shop and ship or Aramex whatsoever.
I currently have two shipments inbound for comparison - one through shop and ship and one through emirates delivers, both delivered to origin warehouse same day April 8. Shop and ship - still at origin warehouse, delivery expected April 19. Emirates delivers - arriving to destination warehouse today (11th), delivery expected tomorrow. Night and day service, I shall use Emirates Delivers for future shipments wherever possible. Shop and ship will be my last resort.
