Absolute sham of a company

Absolute sham of a company, they deliberately have no customer facing call centre for their shop and ship service; the number they give on the website directs you to aramex staff in manilla that refuse to help you without an aramex acking number and keep telling you to call shop and ship. That's some base level mental capacity there.

They deliberately have no customer facing call centre for their Shop and Ship service in Australia, and when you call aramex themselves the staff simple keep asking for a tracikng number and will refuse to help you without one. I was hung up on three times and when i called back to ask for an escalation to complain about the CSRs the manager wouldnt take the escalation without a reference number. The staff are clearly all high school dropouts. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get any help and meanwhile my package is just sitting im a dubai warehouse and unfortunately the dubai call center staff cannot help. I will be lodging a complaint with the industry ombudsman

The Worst Company and Customer Service…

The Worst Company and Customer Service ever, They refuse to give discount with my flex plan subscription and I request for them to refund my money and cancel my subscription on the same day and they rejected me and they said that is the policy, they just stole my money. Also every case you will open, you will get one bad response and they close it automatically and don't want you to continue on the same case, poor customer service and slow responses also on calls they give me same reply as emails, I don't recommend any one to deal with them and they have high prices.

poor communication and customer service

Ive been a member for over 10 years.

Sadly, they seized package 9559343463 and refused to compensate its value

- They did not state anything in their website about tablets restrictions in Hong Kong

- They refused to return the tablet back to China despite Hong Kong is China

- They refused to compensate me the value of the package

Customer service refused to accept responsibility or help despite they did not provide this info prior

I lost 150$ but then the manager in Bahrain gave me a cheap 30$ flex renewal and stated this was a (good gesture) and cc all Bahrain employees in the email BAH/0923/6695

The first and last time to use Shop&Ship

The customer support is absolutely horrific. I've only dealt with them once, and it's definitely going to be the last. They don't provide proper notifications about needed actions, and their customer support number doesn't give any useful message outside working hours, as if it's out of service.

The most shocking was that they left my item to be held in customs for 3 days because they needed my ID and item receipt, WHICH I HAVE ALREADY UPLOADED TO THEIR WEBSITE.

Their customer support via Facebook is incompetent by all accounts, they never reply unless at least 1 hour has passed, and the person replying never provides his/her name, and doesn't answer my questions.

I don't even want to give 1 star!

I don't even want to give 1 star right now! Lost packages, constant damage, arbitrary fees. Not to mention the idiot employees whose sole purpose for getting up in the morning is to ruin everyone's life armed with their trusty boxcutter. An absolute joke. Their only saving grace is the good service from the delivery guys.

Hidden fees and garbage service

Absolutely the worst possible option you can choose to ship something to Tunisia. The fee on their website showed as 34TND and when the product arrived they asked me to pay 71TND! More than double under "arrival notice fees" and some other bull*hit!! I mean aren't you supposed to let me know by Email that my package arrived without charging me!?! That and they even asked me to go and do customs clearance on my own which led me to finally paying them 277.5TND instead of 34TND! GARBAGE.

scumbags.i dont know which low life scumbag owns this company!. they sent my package to an unknown address despite me giving clear address to send it to. now they claim they are going administration! change their head office! be careful if you get angry they do as they please with your parcel!

Please DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

DON’T USE THIS JOKE OF A “COMPANY”! Tried to order automotive grade paint from the USA which beforehand I checked their list of unacceptable items and it does not list it so I thought great I’ll order it. Item arrives at their New York dispatch and I get a message saying it’s unacceptable and they won’t ship it. I reach out advising the item is NOT on the lists of unacceptable items and I don’t get a response. I have to send a follow up message and I get a response saying someone will respond. A week goes by and still no response so I email their global contact team. I get yet another automated response saying someone will be in touch. ANOTHER week goes by so I send ANOTHER follow up message and two days later I get a blunt response from a Terri Butler who is apparently an international “customer service” team leader that states “ Your shipment coming from The United States is Unacceptable and are unable to send your shipment to Australia. You can either return your shipment back to the shipper ( at your cost ) Or we can destroy the shipment.” Well gee thanks a lot Terri. No apology that their list didn’t show my item as unacceptable so now I’m out of pocket for that plus the fact this wasted TWO WEEKS just to get a response like that! Not to mention their webpage and poor excuse of an app is buggy as hell. They’ll upload images of your item to review once it arrives at their dispatch centre but if you try and open the links you get a webpage error. Great job guys! PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE SHOP AND SHIP! If ANYTHING happens that involves you needing to contact their “customer support” teams YOU ARE SCREWED! I will NEVER use this company or Aramex again.

Bought Kombi wireing loom through these guys,paid 270euro and never received it,the blamed customs , refused to follow up on itto be honest I don't think it was ever shipped,maybe a token parsel just to show something was shipped.never buy through these people shopandship brazil

Ok....I have a parcel sitting at aramex uk for over three weeks now..it says NEED PACKING ON HOLD...no email or communication about why?that's left up to me to chase up..like that's what I'm paying you for right?messaged sydney(it's coming to australia)Sydney would do nothing untill it hit Australia..so o called the UK they would nit discuss my case I had to talk to Sydneymessaged Sydney nothing.called UK they sent an "internal"email to Sydney.. messaged Sydney talk to UK.. ummmmmm what am I paying for???to my delight got a message from Sydney saying sender has to upload an invoice...so hang on an auction house in the uk needs to access my account and upload an invoice?,HUH??ERRRRR???GET IT TOGETHER ARANEX STILL WAITING .MY PROPERTY IS IN YOUR POSSESION...

Worst service i ever used, super dissatisfied

Unfortunately it is the worst company to work with i am trying for more than 20days to follow on my order which was delivered to someone else and paid by me and all i get "we will get back to you" and they disappear its the worst experiance ever i wish i paid more and not worked with an unprofessional company like them. ADVISE: DO NOT WORK WITH THEM NOR COME CLISW TO THEM!!!!

Absolutely garbage service.

It's been a month since my parcel has apparently been delivered to the warehouse but these people have not bothered to update it at all. I tried claiming the parcel by uploading the tracking number and my order invoice but not a peep from customer service. GIVE ME MY PARCEL OR GIVE ME THE MONEY IT COST TO ORDER THESE ITEMS!

I have had a shipment from Australia and even after 14 days of delivering to their office in Australia , they are still clueless !!! Customer service has only one answer that they will raise the concern to higher management and i think the higher management is too busy to address anything at all ....

If I could give less than ten stars I would do so

This company are THIEVES they stole my parcel despite the fact that I had been the victim of a scam.

I did everything to get this back given I’m not from New York they are fully aware of what is going on and I believe they know about this scam as my parcel had a final destination of GHANA

DO NOT USE THEM they failed to reply to me letting months pass by and I complied with everything they asked me to including sending couriers to collect this - they did not hand the parcel to the courier !

They now say that I falsified information whatever they are LIERS i have evidential proof this has not happened
DONT USE SHOP AND SHIP NEW YORK

I guess all the negative reviews here…

I guess all the negative reviews here speak volumes about the service. I now receive another email asking me if I would like them to ship out the empty package with the missing contents. What a joke. There is no mention of acknowledgement of error from their end let alone the monetary compensation.

Wrong package delivered!

Shop and Ship Aramex delivered the wrong package to me and now they can't be bothered to right their wrongs!

Now I have someone else's shipment and someone else has mine! Zero communication to address the issue.
