I won’t be using Shopbop again. Their phone number doesn’t work. My product hasn’t shipped in a week. I was hoping to get it for a function which is near impossible now. I could’ve bought the product in Mel - Aus for $50 more but had it on time. I can’t even contact anyone to cancel my order but if it’s not shipped I want my money back. This sounds dismal on rating esp on delivery and I frankly can’t risk it now. The item wasn’t cheap so I really just want a refund. Sounds all to hard. Also the money has left my account. But when I purchased it had one item left. And there is still one item left. And it’s in my app under orders still At processed. Just wish they would communicate. Seems their app is also as faulty as their international phone number.

Returning the item requires a very complecated process as the shop doesn’t refund tax and duties and I need to claim for tax refund to local taxation office
That is why I didn't want to fail in choosing the size and l asked for the desired item’s exact measurements in two different sizes, but the information given by the customer service was random
The item was far too big and I need to return it but they keep saying they cannot refund the shipping cost
I texted them so many times to make sure I get the right size before placing my order but all my effort and time was wasted, I will have to waste more time to claim the tax and duties refund, and they reply in irresponsible manner
Just keep saying No for full refund

Canadian buyers beware- Shopbop is happily collecting duties and taxes but isn't refunding them. Now if you want a refund you now have to contact border services and submit documentation to have a chance of getting your duties and taxes back. Would never shop with them again

Shopbob is one of the best online retailers I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought (Manufactures fault). I contacted Shopbop and explained the fault and they were very helpful and understanding.
I have to say the Customer Service team was fantastic with regular and prompt emails. They were very courteous and very helpful. I was refunded within a few days.
So I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was amazing and I will definitely shop with them again. I just like to say a big thank you to the following Customer Service Team, Misty, Tiffany, Robyn-Jade O and Anika. Thank you for all your help, it's very much appreciated.

Ordered a Christmas gift on November 24. It's now less than 5 days before Christmas and the package has been sitting with their "delivery partner" on the other side of the country since December 5. Shopbop uses a company called Apple Express for delivery, and after seeing the horrific reviews online for Apple Express, I'm not feeling optimistic about this package ever arriving. The Shopbop customer service agents keep trying to contact their transportation team for updates and promising to call me back, but they never do. I get that they're busy with the Christmas rush, but the whole point of me finishing my gift shopping in November was to avoid these problems. I've spoken to three agents so far, none have been able to resolve the issue. The last agent I spoke to offered me a refund or a small credit for my trouble, but it still doesn't solve the problem of me having to run out at the last minute to find a replacement for a gift that I'd spent a lot of time choosing.
Update: The last agent gave me a number to call Apple Express directly, and it turns out that Apple Express does not have my package. They've been waiting since December 3 for another company called Landmark Global to hand off the package to them. They gave me the number to call Landmark Global, but nobody picks up the phone at this company. The online reviews for this company are equally dismal. So I guess I'm completely out of luck and in the dark unless someone at Shopbop actually puts some pressure on them to fix this.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I had reached out yesterday after receiving a stained white top. I reached out to see if I would be able to get a damage discount as the item was no longer in stock in my size. The customer service rep wasn't able to help out with this issue and I had to go out of my way to be stain removal and detergent to try to get the stain out. They only offered a small reimbursement for dry cleaning which I already explained to the customer service rep I did not have time to do at this moment.
Please keep in mind before ordering from here, you maybe be receiving dirty/faulty/used clothes. Most brands and companies will try to offer you a discount for keeping fault/dirty items, in this case Shopbop doesn't care to try to make things right.

Bought several pairs of shoes and found out 2 of them had some issues. One pair have starches all over the shoes and the other pair were used (the bottoms were super dirty). I contacted the customer service to ask for replacement (I do not want refund) and the customer service said okay. I returned the 2 pairs of shoes and they forgot about my replacement and send me refunds (deducted USD50 for return fee). At first they told me the return fee will be waived but then they charged me saying that the 2 items had no issues (I sent them photos to prove it). After that, I've sent so many emails asking about this and they stopped replying me. They said they have already issued refund the costs of the items after deducting USD50. That is ridiculous! I placed a new order for the shoes since they forgot about my replacement plus charging my $50 extra. The worst is that they now ignore all my emails.
Updates: Issue solved and got my $50 back. Thanks for the help!

I can’t order on your website if I pay with an international credit card and ship to an US shipping address, it always says credit card declined at checkout because we can’t verify your credit card (of course since it’s not an American credit card)…
Very disappointed, I pay with PayPal or credit card on all US websites and my payment succeed every time !! (Neiman Marcus, Bergdof Goodman, Nordstrom, Revolve, Intermix, Saks, FWRD and many others)
You are the ONLY website that doesn’t allow to pay with an International credit card and ship to a US address… So even if I want to purchase items from your website I can’t because of that…
