How To Use For best results, pre-lighten hair to a pale blonde before applying colour. Outcomes may vary on unprocessed hair. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with warm water and seek medical attention. For true, bright results, lighten to level 9 or higher. Pastels and greys require a clean level 10 platinum base. Wash hair with a deep-cleansing/clarifying shampoo. Do not condition. Blow dry thoroughly to ensure the hair is porous.
