Awful

Awful - i transfered my site to a different account and they still charged me pathetic ai customer support so i have now paid twice for one mont i am a designer and i am now going to move the 30 sites i have with them im going rebuild in wordpress least they are not con artists

Complete Shambles of a Service! I don’t know why retailers use them…

I don’t know why retailers use them “Shopify/Shop which are inextricably linked” as they don’t process refunds, their tracking is never updated properly and if the website using them happens to be a fake chinese e-commerce site (why do they let this happen a customers should be able to trust Shopify/Shop?) they wash there hands of it and you have to spend the time and go to your bank for a charge back. On three occasions I hit the wrong button when multi tasking and I purchased the item and didn’t get the chance to add the code and gift voucher meaning that I couldn’t cancel and had to send the goods back which is not good for the environment to transport. Why is there no additional step like all others. I am starting not to buy from companies who use this shambles of a service who always wash their hands of all responsibility and pass you back to the retailer when something with their own inadequate e-commerce payment process goes wrong. Get your act together “Shop” and think about the purchasing customer and not just your profits! Retailers please take note if this dire service that your customers are receiving as this must be harming your business!

I've never had a issue with Shopify but…

I've never had a issue with Shopify but there's a clothing company called .Moveza mode. they sell through the Shopify app. I've had nothing but problems with them made an order 30th November but the package never arrived so I requested a refund yesterday and it's been a full day refund being processed I think it's disgusting how they. Have treated a customer

Worst app. They forced you to download the app "as it works better than the website", but then you can't find vital information for your orders.

No help at all for customers receiving goods!

Had 2 orders from 2 different companies not be delivered. Followed Shopify advise to contact suppliers direct. I did and had no reply. I tried putting the complaint through to shopify who advised its to late to put a complaint in! They are just as bad as the scammers on line who take your money!

Utterly crap company used a firm online…

Utterly crap company used a firm online called tt building supplies Chinese outfit i think going by surnames no contact number they trade under shopify as stated in contract no response from the owners ignorant shopify are responsible for all companies under their name so iam holding them to account and I will be pursuing this further with all appropriate legislation laws so between the online company and shopify they are liable for what's coming to them ignorant .

FRAUDULENT, IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNRESPONSIVE

I had made a purchase of perfumes from a vendor called STYWE on the Shop platform to the tune of £61.91 and the items never showed. I had reached out to the vendor directly and got an apology and a response but still never got my items or a refund. I had reached out to Shopify to inform them of the development with proof of purchase and correspondence but I am yet to get a response from Shopify either. As a respectable company Shopify has a duty of care to its customers to protect them from fraudulent vendors that seek to exploit and take advantage of its customers on its platform.

Very pleased

I was sceptical after reading the reviews, after I placed my order, but I have to say, I am extremely pleased with the items and by the quick response to my query regarding delivery. Overall, I would use this company again.

Got scammed

Got scammed. Bare Elements shop claiming to sell makeup didn't actually exist. Purchase was made on Shopify.

Will not use Shopify again. Nowhere on app to help with this.

STUPIFY NOT SHOPIFY

Pointless app that you are basically forced to use when buying online especially via Facebook. Endless. Verification processes to go through even though you have already used SHOPIFY a hundred times. It’s gotten to the point where with the constant verify email verify mobile number. After having gone through the shops own processes I just give up. (Your loss today BOY LONDON). They should rename this app STUPIFY!

Scammers paradise

Scammers paradise, anyone can use this site. Shopify will let anyone trade on their site no controls. Calvris Black Friday scam buy one get one free. Signs you in to a monthly subscription. Reviews say cream doesn't work and money back a scam.

Horrible

Horrible! Three orders never delivered...vendors don't respond. Total scam. Reported to Shopify and they refused to help. They gave me a laundry list of tasks I had to do to chase my refund knowing most people are going to sat efff it and walk away. In my case $200. They do not vette their vendors....absolute wild west for scammers. If youa scammer this is the platform for you. They let you operate with total abandon. Sleezify

Total scam company

Total scam company. Ordered a burberry coat for 90 pounds. Had to keep emailing. Item arrived 2 weeks late. It's a wrong size fake that costs 20 quid. 15 complaints totally ignored. It's all Chinese fakes and no law protects you. You have been warned

Complaint and refund ignored

This is an ongoing matter. The support chat kept freezing for me. Shopify has unlawfully taken £25 a month since Dec 24. Despite sending evidence this was unapproved and a representative confirmed both accs cancelled in Dec 24, payments were reinstated directly from my bank account! I have now raised this multiple times and shockingly only received 3 months of refund! Terrible provider and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
