In my opinion, I have had the misfortune to deal with the Eastern gun company 5 The street Brundall Norwich Norfolk NR13 5JY. I ordered and paid £110.99 for the Razorback bull pup cover by Napier, which was supposedly in stock on their web site and then got a return email from Jordan saying that [ unfortunately our supplier who is the UK distributor can no longer getting these in from Napier ] to which I replied to the e-mal requesting a full refund, I have replied 3 times and nothing from them [ Jordan ] I think that this site is ripping people off and refusing to reply to polite e-mails so be very careful if you use this company [ the Eastern gun company 5 The street Brundall Norwich Norfolk NR13 5JY ] as you will be ignored and ripped off right royally.

I bought a pack of 3 CDs but was unable to play them straight away due to a family member becoming seriously ill, being hospitalised and who died, leaving me to deal with their estate. By the time I did open the packaging and play the CD some months later I discovered that one was faulty. When I asked if I could have a replacement and explained the situation, their customer service team refused. When I looked at my previous orders, it seems you are unable to return goods within 3 months either if they are faulty. I will not be buying from this company again. Customer service is abysmal.

I have been a customer with shopping direct since the beginning of the year. I could not be more impressed. Recently, I have started using the internet with much help from my son. He assures me that I can order dvds online. However, I would much rather order with shopping direct. I trust this company and the customer service team could not do more for you. I called in the other day requesting a classic dvd which was not in their catalogue and they found it for me.

Received the summer catalog from shopping direct and was very impressed by their range of classic films - they had a great 5 for £25 deal on DVDs that I thought I'd never get!! Ordered by phone and the young lady was very helpful, said delivery would be within 7-10 days and I got my films in three! Was very impressed. Will definitely be placing an order from their new catalog and surprised they haven't been reviewed on here already.. also have some great deals on boxsets which you can see online too if you don't have the catalog
